The hotel is new, but not to say that it is excellent. Good breakfasts, good rooms, but room cleaning and service leave much to be desired. We lived for 5 days, during which time we did not clean or put water on for 2 days. It is necessary to work on this, however, in fairness, I want to note that after calling the reception, everything is fixed.

The location is excellent, the view of the most beautiful building in Tashkent (Westminster University), it would be cool if the windows were washed more often, otherwise it greatly spoils such a wonderful view from the window, the staff is very pleasant, the breakfast is not bad, but monotonous. there is a small but quite good hall.

I was on the first day of the opening of the hotel and visited for a week, everything is new, the staff is very caring, but you can feel the excitement in my voice when communicating with the guests. For some reason, the administration forces visitors to call Mr. and Mrs., it is sobering, especially when it comes from the mouth of a female student at the reception desk. I asked you not to call me that, the only negative is the construction site under the hotel windows, but this is temporary.

The hotel is 3 stars. Apparently, it was recently opened. Not a single joint - the rooms are new, the furniture is new, the bathroom is new. The air conditioner is running at 5. Excellent breakfasts. There are 2 ATMs in lobio - one of them accepts MIR cards, you can withdraw local currency. The staff is extremely attentive.
