It is clear that certain global standards of the Hilton chain are also present here, but there is also a local flavor that perfectly complements these dry standards with humanity. I have experience of staying in a hotel of this chain in Astana, and I will say right away that I would put one point higher here. Location plays a big role. Breakfast, in general, is standard and, despite the fact that I was given a continental breakfast due to early departure, I was kindly offered to choose from what was ready by 6:30 in the morning. The documents were promptly processed on the day of arrival for a report to my accounting department.
