We were extremely disappointed.
We ordered a Tampon, a Pibimpab, Shrimp from the chef in batter and two drinks, but the service left an unpleasant aftertaste.
We are fans of Korean cuisine, but the Tampon turned out to be so spicy that it was simply impossible to eat it, although the sharpness was indicated in the menu with only one pepper. Before that, we had already been to this place and tried Yukkedian (with one pepper) and everything was fine.
When I asked the waiter to sort it out, instead of accepting feedback, he began to prove that "everyone feels the sharpness differently" and that he was not obliged to warn about it, but I had to ask myself. I did not eat the soup and decided to give it up right away, to which the waiter informed me that the dish was already cooked, and it was no longer possible to give it up.
This greatly spoiled the impression. Then we waited a long time for the rest of the order, and when I reminded about the shrimp, it turned out that the waiter had simply forgotten about them (for which he apologized)
Although in the end, when paying the bill, the waiter apologized and removed the soup from the receipt, this did not correct the impression. The impression of the place is as if we were in the dining room, and not in the restaurant.

A wonderful Korean restaurant. Atmospheric, cozy, spacious. And how delicious everything is. The portions are huge. The waiters are great. Tom Yam is incomparable. Definitely we will come again. The only thing that confused me was that inside the restaurant there is a Korean goods store with groceries, cosmetics, toys, and it is quite large

Интерьер - не супер пупер, но все весьма цивильно.
Том ям меня прямо впечатлил !!!
Брал жареные пельмени - не очень
Ел салат из морской капусты с говядиной - говядину в салате обнаружил под микроскопом )))
Том ям рекомендую

Блюда вкусные, остроту можно регулировать при заказе. Обслуживание на уровне. Цены приемлемые. Кя - нет, для тех кто хотел бы. При заведении работает магазин с множеством корейских полуфабрикатов. Не редко заезжаю сюда исключительно в магазин.

Атмосфера заведения в принципе нормально, но очень громко играет музыка. С едой, конечно, что-то полный треш, ну просто все не вкусно. Прям не сказать, что не вкусно, но без вкуса.

Вот в Алматы, по моему мнению, нет лучше, чем этот корейский ресторан. Знающим толк в еде, очень рекомендую. Конг, не забываем, что острота- вещь на любителя.

Одно из любимых заведений в Алматы. Приемлемые цены, уютный интерьер, вкусная кухня, хороший сервис. Заказывали на день рождения салаты и горячее на вынос. Всё было приготовлено вкусно, вовремя, салаты были свежие👍
