The price/quality is the best in the city. A very diverse menu - all the best of the cuisines of the world! Service, furniture, serving, size of dishes, taste... Everything is on top! They cook a little longer than expected, but this is compensated by the quality. PS. Toilets with toilets! Which is also not often in Samarkand.
