There are 2 employees working here. One woman with black hair, the other with white hair. So, today I came here for the third time to pack two gifts. And there was a woman with white hair. I don't want to paint anything, but ultimately: rough, doesn't help with the selection, unprofessional (packaging with joints (uneven) in the middle of the side spaces). I have something to compare it with. It's good that she refused me on her own (and I agreed in time), because I started telling her that I would like a different result, and I went to faraway lands, but to a place where I already had a beautiful result. 2 stars for being kind, and for the past more or less tolerable customer experience (it's 3 stars). I don't recommend it. Believe me, you will have the same thing.
