The trip to Kobuleti with the Nice Tour exceeded all our expectations! The organization of the tour, comfortable air-conditioned buses, interesting excursions and the professionalism of the drivers left an unforgettable impression.
We would also like to mention the transfer in comfortable buses and accommodation in good hotels. This allowed us to enjoy our holidays and excursions without unnecessary worries.
We would like to express special gratitude to our escort Evgeny, who made our trip as comfortable and informative as possible. He was always ready to help and answer all questions.
We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances!
We went to Georgia with a nice tour for 2 years. support, hotels, the program - everything is at a high level. sanitary stops on the road every 3-4 hours. stops for meals in proven places with delicious food. There was internet on the bus. We visited the most interesting places on excursions, a guided tour to Tbilisi is great! The El Mari Hotel has clean, spacious rooms, very tasty food and is less than 5 minutes from the sea. transit hotels are also of a good level
. I recommend this organization for travel
. Thank you for your work! Special thanks to Eugene!
So, I got around to writing a review about the trip)))
At the initial stage of signing the contract, there were no special questions. There was one moment that did not seem strange - the travel agency dropped the contract in the messenger and was told to pay a tour fee (the contract states that the tour fee is paid after signing the contract, and for personal safety purposes they paid after signing).
Then we were sent to "wait" for our trip. The dates were set on 09/16/24-10/22/24. A COUPLE of days before the trip, we were supposed to be added to the conversation, where the guide had to coordinate us from where and at what time we were going. September 16th is Monday. On Friday the 13th (they have the last worker of the week), we were not added anywhere. Okay. There are still 2 days left. On Saturday morning, we wrote to clarify if everything was in order. To which there was no response. After lunch, I already started calling, they answered us - it turned out that we were leaving not 16 in the morning, but 18 at night. Really? did you report the departure shift in a day and then because I CALLED? And if we hadn't typed? Would you have found out at the train station with suitcases that everything had shifted for 1.5 days?
This shift was justified by the fact that the required number of people did not gather enough and we were joined to another tour company. The date of arrival back has shifted by 1 day, the total number of days at sea has remained the same, at least thanks for that. But the question is, what to do with the insurance that has already been done for these dates and what would we do if the vacation was taken back to back? Your contract stipulates that you must inform about such moments at least 7 days before the trip, what will we do about it?
I asked to throw off the full program of the tour, as a result, I called several more times and "knocked out" this information. Signing an additional agreement - they said you can sign it within a few days or right on the bus - but what if something does not suit in the additional agreement? Are we going to decide on the bus? I had to go myself, read and sign.
As it was already written below, they offered to choose places for free. Naturally, no one gave us "our" places)
I remind you, the bus and the guide are from another tour company. The bus is medium, not particularly convenient for long journeys, an adult man of 80-90kg will obviously not be very comfortable. We were very lucky, there weren't many people, everyone had 2 seats (on the way there) . The hotels and breakfasts in the hotels were not bad.
Since we were traveling with a tour company that was taking its tourists to Kobuleti, we were brought there and we got there by transfer. It was a horror))) the transfer for our number of people was small, we had to take suitcases to the salon, we drove like herrings in a jar.
The hotel in Batumi is good (Belugo). The sea is literally 5 minutes away, the rooms themselves are new, clean, comfortable. The breakfasts are not very varied, but we did not stay hungry. The only thing is a view of the construction site, but for Batumi it is in the order of things))
The return transfer to Kobuleti was even less)))))
We have already been put on the bus for more than 1 person for 2 seats (we were warned that people would be taken back as a transfer). But not the whole bus was put on 2, but literally 5 pairs, including us. At the same time, there was a free pair of seats. One of the women, who was sitting for 2, decided to move, to which our guide immediately came running and told us to sit back down. The woman objected that most of the bus was sitting on 1, and why she could not sit separately. The guide replied, practically quoting, "because these people bought tickets to Kobuleti *, but you didn't. But those who sit for 2 can also ride comfortably, you can buy the remaining 2 seats for $ 50." Excuse me? We are obviously not going for free, what is the separation between our own and others? How much is it legal? Is the management aware? There was also a moment at the gas station when the guide offered a strange man to pay with points and take money in return. Apparently he loves them very much. I will also ask these questions in my review to this tour company.
Bottom line: impressions of Georgia are positive, but not from the tour company and trips with them.
