A wonderful store. A good assortment, and most importantly, it employs a wonderful, friendly seller. Once I got to the store's birthday, they treated me to goodies and even offered champagne, for the first time I meet such devotion and warm attitude to my offspring! One of the most pleasant memories of Batumi is associated with this pet store.

We went with our timid kitty for grooming to Anastasia's master! Anastasia very carefully and professionally combed out all the molt on the cat, also washed, dried, cleaned the ears and trimmed the claws (and even sanded them with a machine) - and everything is very careful, Anastasia gently communicates with the cat during the process (which calms the kittens even more in principle), held carefully, the cat was not pressed by force, They didn't hurt her. Even though the kitty came for grooming for the first time, everything went quickly and with the least stress! Mega recommendation to all concerned owners of fuzzies! You can even attend during grooming and watch the cat and the work of a professional, or go with a calm mind to drink coffee or on business.:Z
Upon arrival home, the cat did not hide in a corner (although it is a nature with a subtle mental organization) did not run away, she is still the same affectionate purrer - a sure sign that nothing hurts!

The price tag is like everywhere else. A good selection of goods. I was a regular customer because I lived nearby. Good responsive owners. Cash and non-cash payment. They work until 22. Which is a big plus in comparison with the rest .
