They recommended it as an excellent 5-star hotel in Sharma (Egypt) – in fact, they received disgusting service: they literally had to beg for food – the salad was put on 5 grams with a demonstratively boorish look. At the same time, Italians are served with a smile. There is discrimination. The travel agency responded emotionally to all reasonable remarks in the style of "the fool himself" - people go to Egypt because of the sea, not because of the service. They absolutely do not know how to work with feedback, they always voice some irrelevant arguments. The hotel itself also didn't care about the client's comments - even a conversation with an employee of the guest relations office at the hotel did not give a result – a manager named Chantal replied with a stony face – well, ask for more, that is, the position of the hotel that I have to beg for food for my money. Even the child was not given the drink he asked for.
Moreover, they messed up the information on PCR tests, gave incorrect information, which took a long time to figure out what was what and spend an extra $ 40.
We have been back for several days now – no one from the travel agency felt it necessary to make at least some formal apologies. They just don't care. Ruined the rest.
