In my opinion, the best bar in Astana! An enchanting place!!! For fans of the good old and not-so-old Heavy metal, it's just a balm for the heart! Real Irish beer and lots of entertainment from darts to decent live music, which you can even dance to! In general, we took note with friends and plan to visit regularly😍

As always, Harat's is the best pub in any country and city. Almaty and I, with the guys, decided to go to our native pub and surprisingly felt at home. It's a pity no one plays kicker, apparently it's not popular here. The staff are great, everything is delicious, fast, and the pub is unrealistically beautiful. <3 Habiba is just a sweetheart, thank you!

I ordered a cocktail and they couldn't make it for me for 15 minutes, despite the fact that the bartender and the waiters were free. They go around chatting, laughing, but they don't even think about ordering. It's unpleasant to sit and feel like you've been hammered. In the second Pub of this chain in Astana, the service was similar. Discourages all desire to visit again, considering that I have been to many Harat's and there was no such thing

The staff is not trained. Unfriendly waiters. They don't know the menu, the bar card, or the service. No one cleared the dishes and empty bottles from the table until the mountain had accumulated. The absence of many items from alcoholic beverages, beer, as well as simple dishes from the menu, to put it mildly, surprised. The items that were available turned out to be tasteless.
It's surprising that the place turned out to be so unprepared for Saturday evening, given that a cover band performance was announced, which implied a full landing. The staff was also aware that a large organized group of guests was expected.
I do not recommend it. There is only a sign from Harat's.
