I was with my family in early February 2025.
The price for a two-storey apartment (ground and basement floors without windows) is very pleasant for Istanbul. 8 days for 550 USD.
Convenient location relative to Bayazyt tram station T1. 10 minutes uphill (quite steep). A 15-minute steady walk to the Yenikapi station. 15 minutes to fish market and Little Hagia Sophia.
Excellent beds, pillows, mattresses, blankets, linens — no complaints.
There was no glass in the shower, and because of this, water was pouring onto the floor. They gave me dirty, worn slippers. It's even strange
Because the room is on the ground floor, there is very high audibility: chatter in the lobby, footsteps on the stairs, baby crying

Nice hotel, clean, new, daily cleaning. The restaurant on the ground floor is acceptable.

The hotel is good, the owners are friendly. But the repair is tired (the mirror is slightly rusty, worn but clean towels). Also keep in mind that there is a mosque across the narrow road and prayers begin at sunrise (you will not be able to sleep)

We booked through Booking at home , without payment , we arrived , paid on the spot , we were greeted perfectly , the young man speaks Russian , explained everything , told 👍 The room is clean, everything is there! We recommend it ! 💯

I booked through booking 2 months in advance.The hotel cancelled the reservation 20 days before check-in. If you want to take a chance, try it.
