The food and service used to be much better. Now it's not premium fast food, it looks more like a donerka at a flea market. Only the prices remained of the old Hardis. For that kind of money, it's better to go to another fast food store in the neighborhood.

I was confronted with the boorish behavior of the staff, asking where the restroom was located. Hang the locks on the toilets and it's not clear where to get information about the code. After asking an employee of this cafe, Kol received a boorish monologue in raised tones about how she was annoyed. If this is the norm for this cafe, then I won't come here anymore.
