We had a rest in October 2024. We arrived at the hotel by 08:00, checked in at 14. We made out quickly. We were waiting for the check-in downstairs. There is a place for luggage, the staff is very polite.
The location is great. Near Pineapple shopping center, Winter and Summer, bus stops, beach. There are free sun beds on the beach.
The coolest thing in the hotel is breakfast. For me, it is very tasty and varied. A lot of Chinese food-but that's what we were going for.
The rooms are spacious and have an interesting design. It should be taken from the balcony. We had no clothes- the laundry was not drying at all. They didn't clean badly, but they had to beg for razors, combs and slippers. Shampoos and toothbrushes were changed daily.
The pool is gorgeous.

We lived in this hotel in 2017. If we are going to Hainan again, then only to this hotel. I liked everything: excellent service, delicious, varied breakfasts (both European and Chinese cuisine), excellent rooftop pools. I liked the room: very spacious, modern, snow-white linen and towels, there is a bathtub and a shower room. I recommend taking rooms with sea views, although the rooms were cheaper on both sides, so this is a matter of preference. In general, it's fine without a viewport. The hotel is very beautiful. A spacious hall on the ground floor with a fountain, a pleasant smell in the hall. The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the park, where various events take place in the evenings, dances are arranged, it's worth a look. They were from November 1 to November 14, 2024. We read a lot of reviews before we went. In general, it is quite a favorable impression. We got the 12th floor and according to reviews, good rooms start from it – with a view of the sea, without the noise of ventilation, the smell of cigarettes, the smell of mold. Yes, the swimming trunks do not dry out, but we quickly got our bearings and bought local versions of bathing suits – they are made of thinner material and have time to dry, you can order a dryer at the reception - I attach a photo. The hair dryer is serious. The air conditioner is working, the refrigerator is very small and the ice does not freeze.

+ Very good location: there are many shopping malls nearby, public transport stops can be reached to neighboring bays and merchants (travel 2 yuan around the city with an adult, there will be a different price to the bays), a city park with dancing and amateur activities in the evenings, cafes, etc. infrastructure.
+ Pleasant staff. But on the day of check-in, all your passports will be taken away for registration. Some Russians make a big scandal out of it. But do not worry – the passports are returned the next day by the hotel guides.
+ A wonderful area for children (5th floor to the right of the buffet). Please do not be fooled by the high rating of the hotel on the booking or tripcom. This is a city hotel, which is located next to the Pineapple shopping center. You need to walk to the beach along a dirty road, along which vehicles drive erratically all the time. You can't swim on the beach (we were there for 4 days in June), neither at 6 am - the police forbid, nor at 8.30 am - a lifeguard comes, nor in the paddock. You can go towards the coral reef, but they don't treat the beach there and we were terribly bitten by midges or sand fleas, the child looked like a chickenpox patient.
But back to the hotel: clothes do not dry out in the rooms, the staff does not solve almost anything, the dining room is dirty and stinks the same as at the Pineapple food court. Then we lived in Yalong, there is no such trash in hotels.

In general, the hotel is not bad, there was a smell of dampness and cigarettes in the corridor in places, i.e. ashtrays were installed right in the corridor, as a non-smoker it was hard for me to pass by the tobacco smoke in places, but the room is fine. The room is cleaned every day.We had a sea view room with a balcony. Due to the high humidity, the clothes in the room could not dry for 2 days, so we were saved by the balcony on which the clothes almost dried out during the day.
Only breakfast is included in this hotel. Breakfast from morning to 13:30, the food is the same almost every day, BECAUSE Chinese food seemed specific to me, I did not eat much, every day my breakfast consisted of sausage, eggs, bread, fruits, sweets and freshly squeezed juice. I once tried noodles that are cooked in front of you, it was completely tasteless, BECAUSE I did not dare to add specific sauces.
We went to dinner once. Just at dinner there were ready-made seafood, as well as raw ones that you need to cook yourself. I really liked fried oysters, unlimited alcohol and very tasty ice cream!
The hotel has its own swimming pool with sea views, as well as access to the beach.
