The worst thing is that this hotel cannot provide the basic things — safety and quality sleep. Have you ever had a hotel owner say somewhere in the world that if you can't sleep to the music screaming at 11 p.m. in the mountains (imagine the level of sound reflection in the gorge), then you need to leave, and I would gladly do it if the hotel wasn't on the serpentine and There was no fog where you couldn't even see at arm's length.
Your peace in the bosom of nature will always be in the last place than the low-level fun of people who relax with vodka and Russian songs. They won't even turn down the sound, let alone move people into a closed room.
It is not very clear why the name of this hotel is eco and also a resort — this place has nothing to do with what you imagine when you hear these phrases.
Everything always depends on the boss in the team, and looking at this owner — a flabby, fat-swollen and uncivilized person, you understand why everything is so sad in this place. They cook poorly: meat — the sole of sneakers can be chewed with the same success), chakhokhbili — well, I would even be ashamed to treat a dog like that.
I am very sorry for the people who work there (I can't even call them not hospitable, they are just all very sad and not involved in their work and in the quality of the guests' rest.
This is the first time in my life that I can't say anything good about a hotel. The nature around is beautiful, but this, as you know, is not the merit of these people.

We booked a room through a well-known online unit, arrived in the evening and in a boorish manner received the answer that there were no rooms, everything was occupied. We offered other rooms without amenities, tried to figure out how it happened, it turned out that the administrator or the owner did not write us down in his notebook.
No adequate solutions were offered, except for rooms without showers and toilets.
Unfortunately, the aggregator was also unable to help us promptly. We went to another hotel!
Don't repeat our mistakes!

Disgusting. We booked 4 rooms: 3 double rooms and one 4-seater, arrived late in the evening, the boorish administrator said: bro, I can give 1 room and two "barrels" to put it mildly surprised. When I said that we had reservations confirmed by the hotel, he said that he didn't care, and he didn't care about reviews either.
Never come here.

If you go to Armenia - to live here, it is a memory for a lifetime. And the owner is very intelligent and friendly. But, the staff is a bit rude - let's forgive them for that. If you take a room with a mountain view, pay attention to whether it has a bathroom or not in the room. The one without is the exit from the room to the cliff, where there is no barrier. The glass in the room is not reinforced (there is no net below).
I bet 5, then that the friendly host understood us that they refused to live here and canceled the reservation for free.

We booked this hotel in Alidzor specially in advance at the booking for visiting Tatev. I really liked the photos of their unusual barrel rooms. As a result, we were refused due to the lack of rooms. Without apologies, explanations of the reasons why it happened, and suggestions on how to fix this annoying situation. As a result, I had to change my travel plans in Armenia. I want to say that of all the seven hotels in Armenia, this is the only one that has not shown any hospitality and respect to us, which is very strange. Apparently, they have full occupancy there all year round and you can just ignore the customers. Thank God, there are many other wonderful places in Alidzor that welcomed us with joy.
