We came to this institution specifically to try halisa, we were recommended to try this original Uzbek dish, Halisa is prepared from beef and lamb, which languishes for a very long time, almost to a mushy state, crushed wheat is added. I liked Halisa, my two companions "didn't go in." They took beef broth there, which they ate with pleasure, took more tea and a fresh salad. We were served by an elderly woman and a young guy. The cafe is family-run. The woman is very friendly, talkative. The dishes in the cafe are beautiful. When we arrived, one table was occupied, when we left, almost all the tables were occupied by locals. From this I conclude that the institution is popular. The cafe is clean, the service is fast.
Very tasty! We tried halis for the first time, I really liked it!
Stewed mutton meat is above all praise, the most tender meat! Thanks a lot to the owners!
We usually go there. Halisa is delicious. The place is clean. The service is good. There are not enough types of salad. And also the ventilation of the room is weak. Because after visiting, the smell of food settles on clothes. And so everything is fine
The most delicious halisa in the city. This is a product made from meat and spring wheat, it is cooked for more than 6-8 hours and it is prepared only in Samarkand. Try it if you haven't tried this dish yet, it's nutritious and very tasty)
Halisa is delicious, however. At a price of 75 thousand for two half-portions, pita bread, a kettle of tea. Expensive or not, I can't say.
The cafe itself is very cozy and tidy. The birds are funny in the cafe itself in a cage.
And yes, it's soooo satisfying.
Kholyasa left indelible impressions about the local cuisine, probably we are not used to such dishes, but it is quite delicious. The service is very fast, the atmosphere is pleasant.
Noman, I took him with me. I didn't sit or eat there. but the halisa that I took with me was delicious. the price for 1 serving is about 60 thousand.))))
6 points out of 5!!!!!!!
Halisa is wonderful! Tender, melts in your mouth!
The atmosphere of the place is cozy, almost like home! Everything is clean and tidy! Convenient parking! The prices are adequate! The owner and staff of the establishment are very polite and considerate! Background national music adds charm to the atmosphere! Unfortunately, in the hot months it is not made here, only kebabs and other 2-3 types of dishes! We try to visit every time we arrive, if possible! Half a serving per person is more than enough!
I definitely advise you!
It's a great place. The halisa is cooked perfectly. In general, halisa is an amateur in itself, not everyone will appreciate it. But I personally like it. Delicious in one word.
