Don't come here. If you don't want to get poisoned! Of the 18 people , 13 were poisoned . Everyone was vomiting , diarrhea .
I tried the salad, it was sour and asked to remove it. It turns out there was all that . It 's a creepy place . I will complain about them!

We were with a group of friends at this restaurant, celebrating a birthday! the place is terrible, the food was rotten, but we didn't realize it right away. We vomited for three days after visiting this place! The condition is terrible! I do not recommend visiting!!!

A great place for family leisure, nature, great food, great waiters.

We have been choosing a place for a family holiday for a long time, we decided to visit this institution.
We came to eat a fish - the result was that it was taken out last after the meat when everyone was full and did not touch the fish.
The quality of the food was not bad, but when we were asked to bring the menu, we were answered - we change prices and there is no menu, even in text format, we had to order with our finger in the sky.
Naturally, the amount of the bill was more than planned ( since no one warned about price changes )
We were refused a request to make a mixed payment or split the bill for payment by card and cash.
customer orientation is zero, the approach to people is zero, the waiters do what they want, the manager could not be seen.
PS: it was also very cold, having booked a table in advance, the room was not prepared.

Imagine how disgusting it was. The service is just terrible! They chose the place for the celebration very carefully, for a long time and painstakingly. The whole family chose this restaurant and regretted it. The birthday is ruined irrevocably. Every time the waitress was waited for half an hour, no one is watching the table, something ends and you sit endlessly and press the staff call button for half an hour and no one… And when he appears, he allegedly takes the order and leaves and does not return. The behavior of the waiters is simply amazing, they behave as if you came to them as an uninvited guest. Very arrogant, arrogant. No one is watching the waiters, there is neither a manager nor an administrator, so such a mess - they do what they want. We didn't want to give the change, the waitress decided for some reason that we left it for her as a tip, but it's not clear why. The dance floor and Music are generally a separate topic, the DJ just sits in his closet and climbs out only when he gets paid. They specially turn on good music, gather people on the dance floor and change them to classics. When asked to turn on something normal, we were answered: pay and order what you want. Ugh, it's simple. We have never received such a disgusting attitude in any institution in Armenia, although there are problems with the service sector in general. PLEASE CONTACT THE MANAGEMENT - pay attention to your institution, it is rapidly going downhill. Change the staff and the attitude towards the guests, otherwise no one will come to you anymore.
P.S. If you don't have your own car, keep in mind that this restaurant has big problems with taxis, and accordingly, based on the location of the Yandex restaurant, you just won't wait, we barely left, we had to stand and freeze at the gate for an hour trying to find at least some option to get home. By the way, no one from the staff offered us any help, or at least a seat or a blanket👎🏼

I'm not going to this restaurant anymore. The atmosphere is very good, the surroundings are beautiful, but the service is terrible: they waited a long time, the waitress spoke reproachfully, brought dry pita bread, like there is no soft one, when serving tea cups, she served cups with her fingers inside and it was not clear before where her fingers were. Slicing the gata hand, it is unclear what purity, put it on the gata and cut---fuuu. And at the very end, she showed the receipt and took it away. And most importantly--- there is no menu.
I do not recommend visiting this restaurant.
