To be honest, I began to avoid all agents. In fact, they climb to those who rent / sell. They conclude some kind of contract, like they rent and take money only from those who rent / buy. Explain how you take the prices for 50% of the rent. And no paper, check, nothing. They weave anything until they sign a contract and don't let them talk to the owners properly. And when everything is signed and paid, the agents disappear and then the whole truth about the rented place is revealed.
