We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. 30 minutes from the airport. The transport location of the hotel is excellent, we could easily get to any place by bus. The room was cleaned daily and very clean. Water and a soap set were brought every day. You can skip breakfast if you want to sleep - very modestly. Near the sea, there are plenty of cafes, pineapple shopping center, but it is better to take the 104 bus to the city, after the hospital stop there is a market and a supermarket, everything is much cheaper there. There are good beds in the room. We had a view of the sea. The air conditioner was working. We are very satisfied with the hotel

We rested from the end of August to September 5. The hotel is not bad, tired, I would say.. When it was new, I think it was gorgeous.. The breakfasts are normal, you could always choose something.. cleaning was done every day.Which is very good. Many thanks to our guide Maxim. We contacted him on various issues and he always helped us with everything! He called us a taxi at the hotel using the app. The sea is not far away, but swimming everywhere, as it was before, is now impossible. That's what bothered me the most..We're going to the sea, but they don't give us enough to swim..Personally, I did not swim in their pens, where after lunch, when the sea leaves, the entire maximum depth is up to my chest. What kind of bathing is this?? Like for kids who can't swim.. We went to other bays, where you can swim all along the coast.. but it's expensive if you take a taxi. There are many cafes and restaurants in Dadonghai, in the evening we went to dinner at different ones. I liked Sanya restaurant the most. Everything is delicious, the service is fast and the choice is always great. And we also had a gift at the end - a large dish of boiled shrimp!! It's good to relax in China! We can go now..

Good afternoon, everyone. Without too much water, I'll try to express my subjective opinion. The hotel is located in the picturesque Dudonghai district, where the whole party actually takes place. There are plenty of Chinese, Russians, etc. The hotel was built in the style of the Stalin Empire, it seemed to me so. Who has been to Shanghai, there are similar buildings on the waterfront in the center... The sea is 10 minutes away slowly. The hotel itself was built in 1994, it is quite good, but requires a good renovation. It will rise to 4* immediately.In general, it is quite acceptable for a budget holiday. By the way, in 2024 it cost 4 thousand rubles at the Kazan railway station 2*, but there was no smell of them, just to roll the dice. The girls changed the canvases every day, on request, cleaning in more detail, + unambiguously. It sank during the pandemic, as did many others. The breakfasts are in pure Chinese style, you won't find fried bacon and egg here. I'm a fan of China, I'm satisfied with the food, I advise you to come earlier. There is a hotel guide, you can change the currency, adjust your route around the city, etc. A good location from the transport hub. There are stops nearby in any direction of Sanya. I was generally pleased.

Well, the hotel is so-so. Tired rooms. The plumbing is working, there is water. The reception staff does not smile, does not understand standard questions (for a long time they tried to ask for an iron through an interpreter-they had to contact the guide). Breakfasts-it's a pity that it was impossible without them. This is a nightmare! All 2 weeks we ate only rice and boiled eggs, well, more buns. The rest is impossible. Tea-2 roundels float in the kettle and they are constantly filled with water. That is, if you come by 9, there is no tea there, but just water. Coffee (as they call it) - don't try it, it's even worse than tea.
The windows in the hotel are not washed at all, as something flowed through them once, so it is. The hotel would look better if it was put in order, but the Chinese don't bother. For comparison, we were in 3 courtyards, in Dadonghai, the hotel was put in order and minor flaws were not so noticeable, if only to find fault.
The room has:bathrobes, towels, kettle, cups, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, refrigerator, safe, toothbrushes, shower caps, soap (not soapy).
Result. If the hotel is not important to you, if you just spend the night in it (like us), then you can stay for yourself.
PS There are no balconies, there is nowhere to dry clothes, we hung them on everything you can. It dries badly.

The hotel, the rooms are satisfactory. The food is shameful. We are resting now (October 2024) the breakfasts are meager. The mandatory condition is to arrive at 7 a.m. Stated from (7-10) greed is off the scale. Today we came for the first time at 7 a.m., after the flight and adaptation it is difficult for us to wake up. We managed to take at least something for breakfast (3 pieces of fish and an egg), the employee came to the table and looked into the plate, counting. A vile and disgusting feeling. The workers themselves imposed no less on themselves.. I also repeated the gesture, went over and looked into their plate... We drink coffee in the room, as always, and continue breakfast. Friends, take provisions with you. And eat in street cafes and restaurants, where the Chinese are *sweet*..

A good hotel, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. Breakfasts at the hotel are only from Chinese cuisine, a week later pills for heartburn and heaviness were needed, the search for analogues of maalox)), this is of course a big minus for those who do not tolerate spicy food and are not used to Asian cuisine, dinners of mashed soup and steaks were a real salvation in the hot pizzeria next door. Otherwise, the hotel is quite decent, has its own swimming pool, in the evenings a girl plays the piano in the main building!

It seems that everything is fine and the hotel and the rooms, you can safely put 5 stars, but the refrigerator in the room did not work, there was mold in the bathroom, cockroaches and small bugs in the room, the pool was two roads away, well, where has it been seen, I rested in different countries and in different hotels, even in 3* there is no such thing in Thailand, I mean about cockroaches and mold. They take you to the sea, yes it's cool, I liked it. From breakfast rolls, drinks, fried eggs, fruits, the rest is not possible.

It is located across the street from the main 5* building. There is a pedestrian crossing, but no one is in a hurry to give in. The breakfasts in the main building are very specific, from the declared European part only drinks and pastries. Cool pool, electric car to the beach, the beach itself and the sea!!!! You can forgive everything for that. Our vacation was a 100% success.

We lived in the second building in February 2019, 90% of Russians live here, The toilet door is all old from the inside and does not close until the end, Asian breakfasts, the same thing, after 4 days they stopped going to them, the bed is clean, they change once a week. Great hotel. The Chinese are settled in the main building, Russians are settled across the street where the pool is, and Ukrainians are settled in the old building. There are no complaints about the kitchen (breakfast) anyway, this is China and we must count on the fact that the cuisine is mostly Chinese, but you can eat and even not bad. We liked it, the time passed quickly.

A tired hotel. It's shocking on the first day. then you get used to it. Naturally, it does not correspond to its 4 stars. The breakfasts are terrible and monotonous. It is better to buy coffee or tea in small bakeries. they work from 7-00 in the morning. Since it is not possible to drink local liquids. The bed linen is not changed. Towels are changed every day, but they have a very worn look. One of the advantages is a very convenient location and friendly staff.
