In general, the hotel is not bad, but not 5 *. The territory is not large, but well maintained, lots of greenery. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. The lobby bar has comfortable sofas, polite and smiling bartenders. The room is not bad, everything you need is there, we had a daily cleaning service, towels were changed. There is also a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room.
A large number of pools for every taste and depth, we have always been at the heart, it is heated. A huge disadvantage of this hotel is the sea (we fly to the sea, not to the pools), in order to reach the sea and swim, you need to walk knee-deep in the sea for half an hour (this is toftology). At the same time, surfers (or whatever their name is?) will constantly interfere with you. and swear that you're bothering them. Out of 10 days, only 2 went to the depths, and so they took something on their bellies and that's enough. They won't be able to do snokeling either! Also, when choosing a hotel, it is necessary to take into account the winds, they were so strong that it is simply not possible to be near the sea. There are enough sun beds for everyone.
The dining room, since it can't be called a restaurant, is very meager in terms of nutrition, I first encountered this. The food is monotonous and not tasty, on the 4th day I started to have an allergy to spices, which are there in unlimited quantities (most likely curry, because it is everywhere), only fried mackerel from fish. The hotel is populated mainly by locals and they take huge plates for themselves, they constantly push you away or they take everything slowly on purpose, they can easily take the whole basin with melons, etc. etc. Dinner is always outside, even in strong winds (be prepared to eat a cold dinner with sand in your teeth). For the same reason, they do not give out napkins so that they do not fly apart. But the food can be taken out of the restaurant, no one will say a word. It was written more than once that locals are in the queue, and you go with one piece of chicken and don't whine. A snack bar was open from three to four in the afternoon, which we barely found 5 days later behind the water park, near the toilet.
The animation is just zero, and it's also mostly focused on Arabs.
Beer in bars is poured into 100 gram plastic cups.
All the staff is friendly.
The hotel is very far from the city and there is nowhere to walk in the evening.
I would definitely not come back here again!
But in general, the hotel is not bad.

I stayed at this hotel from December 18 to December 27, 2024, everything is super, everything is cool, there are a lot of pools around, I can't count, the food is excellent, the staff is friendly, especially to Russians, the rooms are large and spacious, cleaning every day, with new surprises and figures surprised, there is a safe in the room where you can store everything is valuable and do not carry it with you, Wi-Fi works at the reception. The animation is excellent, they don't rest at all, they entertain as much as they can from morning to evening. The best pool bar where Karim (Salam) works, which is the best of the best!
One small disadvantage for those who go swimming in the sea: there is a sea, but not for swimming, because there are rocks everywhere and it's a long way to go to the depths!

We flew to relax, so we were led to the cool slides and beautiful territory.
But really.
1. the food is the most common and not always delicious
2. Wi-Fi is available only at the reception.in the room for an additional fee
3. Ice cream and alcohol only at certain hours
4. the required number of towels and shampoo was only once
5. The service is not very good.Cleaning is rare
6. the liquid soap was poured only in the evening before the eviction, although the reception talked about its absence from the first day
7. When checking in, there was a broken tea glass in the room
And it killed me... the lack of a gym.more precisely, there was a small room with a treadmill and something else, but it couldn't be used.It's always closed
