I stayed at this hotel for a week from 11.04-04/18/2024.
I liked everything, the location of the hotel is convenient. There is a direct bus service from the airport. There is a bus stop nearby, from which you can go anywhere in Abu Dhabi, including to the beach. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the embankment and the beautiful park through an underground passage. The public beach can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes or by bus in 15-20 minutes.
The hotel's rooms are very good, the rooms are clean, there is a kettle, tea and coffee. The bathroom also has everything you need. Shampoo, soap and cream were updated every day. If something was needed additionally, you could always ask the staff, they reported to the room. They cleaned every day. I came across a spacious room with large panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The food is very good, excellent breakfast and dinner, food for every taste. I've never felt hungry. The dining room is clean, with panoramic views of the Persian Gulf.
ONLY if you ask for a room on the top floors! I do not recommend this hotel under any other conditions. Or if you don't plan to sleep at night. There are TWO nightclubs in the hotel building itself, with music playing half the night. On the 1st and 3rd floors. We lived at 5 and it was not possible to sleep. We turned on the air conditioner on purpose to drown out this noise, it was the only thing that saved. There was also a cockroach in the room. We were told that it was because we were opening the door to the balcony. After all, everyone knows that cockroaches live on the facades of high-rise buildings and crawl into open windows and doors. The room itself is very tired and shabby. But it impresses with its generous size. Local TV, a couple of news channels in English. There are only bathrobes in the room, otherwise the filling is standard. The water was carried out every day. A hair dryer is a torture for hair. The breakfasts are not bad, we ate too much. The location is convenient- close to the bus stop, supermarkets, the embankment and the bus station. I wouldn't go there a second time.
A nice hotel on the second line, the embankment is a 5-minute walk away, close to public transport stops, many shops and cafes. Next door is the Sheraton Hotel, where you can come to the beach with a hotel card. The room is quite spacious with good furniture, tea/coffee/water is updated daily. Excellent breakfasts are served in the restaurant on the 15th floor with a magnificent panoramic view. I would like to note the good quality of daily cleaning. Special thanks to the hotel staff, the guys are really trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We stayed at the hotel from 03/6/2024 to 03/12/2024.Overall, I liked the hotel. The hotel is located in the center, near the Corniche Embankment. The hotel has everything you need. An iron is provided on request. The room is cleaned daily, everything is replenished as needed. Our room was on the 11th floor, overlooking the bay.The restaurant is on the 15th floor. The breakfast is normal, you will not stay hungry. The staff is polite and friendly. The disadvantage of the hotel is there is no pool. In general, everything is fine, we did not pay attention to the little things.
Nice hotel! It 's true to say that you need a non-smoking room, otherwise there will be a smell !!! Everything else is fine!!! Thank you, I recommend it!!!
I do not recommend this hotel for accommodation. 1. The room category "Delux" is a shabby room of the "standard" economy version. 2. Upon check-in, they asked for a room with two beds, which they were refused, referring to the reservation. For understanding: the bed in the room is not even double, two adults are very uncomfortable / it is cramped on it. 3. A balcony is declared - unfortunately, what they call a balcony can hardly be called a window (photo attached) 4. The description of the hotel says that you can use the pool of a neighboring hotel, but it is not written anywhere that the cost of use per person per day is 40 Dhs. 5. We are not picky about food, but everything about vegetables and fruits that were for breakfast at the hotel raises concerns, because the quality is questionable, even spoiled in places. Conclusion: This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!
A pleasant suite for reasonable money, clean in the room. One of the disadvantages is the noise from the street, the balcony is difficult to open, it jams. There is dirt on the balcony, they asked to wash it, but they did not wait. There is no table or chairs on the balcony. When booking from the booking, payment was made on the spot, but they requested to pay in full in advance, due to the holiday and heavy workload
The service and location are good. Cafe on the 15th floor with a nice view of the sea. The bus stop is around the corner, from where buses go to all the sights. 94 will take you to the mosque in one direction, to the final one, landing on the other side of the street will bring you to the Louvre.
Great hotel! Clean, always ready to help at the reception
Delicious breakfasts
Rooms with two rooms and a kitchen are very comfortable for long-term living.
There is a free pool by appointment at a hotel nearby.
I will definitely come back here.
A great hotel, the food is monotonous but delicious, the room was cleaned every day, water was brought. Helpful staff, beautiful view from the window, I liked everything.
In general, everything is fine. It is clear that the hotel has seen life and is a little shabby, but in general everything was fine for this money. They always brought water to the room, cleaned it every day. The only thing is that the kitchen is a strong word. Yes, there was a stove, but! There was not a single dish that could be put on it. That's why I understood that it is purely decorative. Well, there were 2 of us and each time only 1 bath towel is strange.
The staff is very friendly, but the guys at the reception are a little tight. In our room, water flowed in the bathroom, the floor was always wet. Dinner was included in the price, the first day when the food was ordered, it seems the cook did not know about it, and cooked us well, then when they were about to leave, they asked about the payment, after we said we had half board, the waiter's face changed. On the second day, we ordered the same food, but the cook made two different dishes on the dump. On the third day, they asked for a bolonnaise, they received baked pasta.
The rooms are not cleaned cleanly. The corners were very dusty, unknown spots in the middle of the room. I think we won't come back here
An average hotel. The rooms are quite decent. Breakfast without variety and a lot of choice. The city around is more of a plus than a minus - you can take a walk
The service is at a high level. He meets the porter at the entrance, the suitcases were lifted to the room, juice was offered. Clean, cozy, close to the embankment, not far from good local cafes. I will still be happy to stay at this hotel.
I do not recommend it, very much! It is not possible to sleep: karaoke screams until morning from below and above; the air conditioner in the bedroom rumbles like a car in the garage! We also have a second air conditioner leaking - a puddle all over the hallway! The front door is swollen - apparently, it leaks from above regularly! The skirting board in many places is also swollen from moisture!
Breakfast for 3+
As a total, this is a hotel with a maximum of 2-2.5 stars…
It was very disappointing!!!
One thing saved us, we were there for a couple of nights.
The hotel is excellent in service and breakfast, but some strange story with booking and payment. It turned out like this: I booked at the same price with a guarantee on the card. They sent some kind of payment link that didn't work... I wrote to them about it and asked them to write off the required amount from the card. They didn't do it. And while I was on a plane to Abu Dhabi, the hotel staff, for some reason, canceled the reservation... and upon arrival at the hotel, they said that there are rooms, but they cost more. I had to pay with the same card...
a strange story ...
and after that I heard the same stories from other visiting tourists...🤷♀️
Fully justifies its 4 stars: clean, cozy, well-fed for breakfast and dinner: there were no lunches, I was in Ramadan.. The food is specific: a lot of spicy, but there are also dietary dishes, a lot of vegetables, fruits, sweets. The dining room is small, but the size of the hotel is enough. Beautiful view of the bay from the dining room window. Minus: there is not even a swimming pool, a hotel in an ordinary multi-storey building on the 2nd line. Plus: you can use the card to go to the beach and pool at the Sheraton 5* hotel - which I used. The beach of the hotel was very saving, because To the public beach you need to go 10-15 minutes by bus from the same Sheraton hotel... During Ramadan, the hotel's private beach was very much saved from restrictions and the presence of sun loungers, umbrellas, towels, showers and amenities on the territory of the Sheraton hotel, which can be used on a par with hotel guests. By European standards, the hotel pulls on a good 3 *.
