The kitchen is good. Very tasty little chebureks. An interesting serving of meat with bringing it to full readiness with a large fire in front of the visitors. One disadvantage is that we got very slow waiters. They are very sluggish. Difficult to adjust. The restaurant is located on the riverbank, water is sprayed over the tables, which makes this place attractive in the summer heat. Loud music is played on weekends and a young man sings popular songs. There is also a beautifully decorated flower room on the second floor. Where, if desired, you will be provided with equipment for music and dancing.

The first time was in early June, we were sitting on the veranda overlooking the river. Beautiful view. I liked the kitchen.
We were on the third floor for the second time on July 19th. We ordered a lot of different dishes, among which there was meat with potatoes and something else in a large dish (like a wooden one). I don't remember what it was called, but it was very tasty. The tenderest meat - you can lick your fingers. Thanks to the chief 😉

It's a terrible place!!!! Not a restaurant, but just a beautiful building by the river. I drove past this place many times and one day decided to take my family there for dinner. The place was by the river. At first, everything was not bad, the food was for 4. We ordered a dish that was on the menu, to which only half an hour later they said that this dish was not and was not on the menu. After that, they ordered a barbecue, which, as it turned out, was also missing. I didn't make a scene, I decided to leave quietly, but they didn't let me do it. The bill was redone three times and each time incorrectly. I didn't see any regret from the Management. The head of the hall actually told me "It's like this!". In general, it is not a restaurant or even a cafe.

I left a good review at the beginning of the year, because I really liked the service and atmosphere, the food is really delicious, but this time I was not so delighted, we had a conflict with their DJ, who communicated unprofessionally and insulted us, if you do not want to spoil your holiday, then I do not advise to go there , the service is also lame , the waiters forget about orders , you ask for a spoon - you wait half an hour 😅

Tukhum barak, the Khorezm national dish, was very poorly cooked. Semi-salted tomatoes are very tasty.

When we arrived, no one met us and did not put us down, the waitress came up, said "schaaazzz" and left for about 20 minutes. Only after I complained to some boss, they paid attention to us. Salads and the first one were brought quickly. Chicken steak waited an hour.... They forgot about us because of the guests who had a banquet ((( the only one who tried to make amends for the situation was the cook, came up, treated us to some kind of dish, explained that they had special service and made a discount. Therefore 3, not 1!

The restaurant is beautiful. But the staff does not match the promising appearance. The prices are low, but the chefs are not very good and the portion of salads and dishes does not match the price. Very small portions. For example, I ordered a pineapple salad, brought a mountain of greens and a couple of slices of canned pineapples. And the price of the salad is decent! They asked to replace the mashed potatoes with corn since there were court purees in two different dishes. We were refused(. There is no paper or hygiene products in the toilets. The waiters are not attentive either.

Hyatt River- despite the fact that you will leave 2 times more money here than in any cafe or restaurant, you want to come here again. Firstly, it is very cozy, a place on the shore of Bozsu. Very comfortable furniture, no money was spared for the interior at all. But in such places, the main thing remains the kitchen. The chef is probably very cool, like from the TV series Kitchen. What he cooks is simple - you can lick your fingers. Bravo!
