This is my first time in central Asia I booked this hotel, and I never regret it The are amazing warm heart and nice. They offered me the best rates and service . They are really helpful they helped with their recommendation and by booking a taxi to go to another area. Shukrayar the employee in this hotel is so helpful you know English very well. He help me a lot along this trip. Thanks to him we emjoyed Samarkand ! The owner of the hotel is very nice, warm, warm, heart and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel the rooms are clean the staff are nice and it's near to the airport.

The Place Is Nice.They give you all the accessories, including a bathrobe. There is only a zavtrok 400k spa(Sauna and Swimming Pool)Fully adequate cost The interior is very pleasant The water pressure is divine But as for WiFi, if you take it on the lowest floor, you do not count on it, as well as on mobile Internet. One of the best hotels I've been to. thank you so much for the warm welcome, the typical national style, delicious breakfasts (especially for melons with watermelons), and, of course, the pool, which returned our bodies overheated from walking in the scorching sun to the right temperature. It's a strange place. There was a terrible confusion with the booking. Some of the staff do not speak or understand Russian well. Fraud with the payment of a tourist fee: they charge 50 thousand per night per person, although according to the law it is 34 thousand. Some rooms have no windows - keep this in mind when checking in. The building is new, and, obviously, due to some shortcomings in the wiring, some of the outlets simply do not work or work poorly: it is impossible to charge the phone even overnight. Sauna and swimming pool after 18:00 are paid.

I really liked the hotel! If I go again, I won't even watch another one, just here! The breakfasts are great! Sooo much choice! Salads, vegetables, fruits, sweets, various pancakes, plus two or three porridges, eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheeses. The director clearly loves and values the hotel. The rooms are beautiful. I think that's why the quality is so good, the price is very good! There are two shops nearby. One of them is alcoholic.

In September, I booked this hotel at a booking: 2 rooms for $ 16 per day (for both, reservations for 1 and 2 nights), just in case, I wrote and the reservation was confirmed to me. But 2 days before the trip (at the end of November), I received a call from the hotel saying we will not check you in, it's too cheap, we suggest you come to us with a discount and pay $ 60 (for two rooms per day, there is correspondence) and promised a sauna as a gift, we come to them in for the last two days , we pay $ 120 for two rooms in two days , saying this , and on the morning of the second day they tell us that this is a payment for only 1 day , that you either pay the same amount or move out . At the same time , the dialogue on their part is accompanied by a raised tone , constant interruptions . The dialogue lasted about half an hour, during this period, we were offered to pay another half of the amount, then $ 50, then $ 40, then there were threats that they would not check us in and we would get a huge fine at the airport (registration for a short stay is not required), then attempts to put pressure on pity that they only $ 15 is paid for each tourist per day (also not true, the hotel fee is $ 1-5) As a result, we were left without additional payments, but there was no feeling of disgust and generally no desire to be there , the feeling that a favor had been done from the master's shoulder. The question of a free sauna naturally disappeared, I absolutely did not want to communicate with these people. The hotel itself is new, clean, and the breakfasts are good.

Hard mattresses are a plus for someone, for me it was a minus. There is a catastrophic shortage of outlets in the room. The sauna and the swimming pool are practically not functioning. At least, that was the case during our stay. The breakfasts are meager. Flies were crawling on the cottage cheese. There was either no porridge, or it was some kind of liquid substance. The hall is beautiful. We lived in a large room. One of the advantages is the presence of a large supermarket nearby. That's it.
