A simple place on the shore of Sevan, certainly with a local flavor, at a walking distance from the town, all basic amenities are available, delicious food, very kind and helpful staff, the atmosphere of a large family. If you have low requirements for comfort and plan to spend most of your time on the lake or traveling around the country, you will not regret it.

We stayed here overnight in November. Very good. Pleasant renovation in the rooms, delicious full breakfast, rabbits running around the territory, near the lake.
It's funny that there are rooms with parking on the 1st floor. It's sooo convenient.

A great inexpensive place on the shore of Sevan. We liked the staff the most: they are friendly, friendly, attentive and ready to help if you just mention a problem.
The room we lived in was not very large, but it was enough for two. The bed is very comfortable, the linen is clean. The only thing was that there was a problem with the hot water, but the owners are working on the problem. I'm sure everything will be fine.
The place is very beautiful and quiet. We did not swim in the lake, the water was cold.

The restaurant is located by the road, the menu is quite extensive. I ate vegetable salad and rabbit chakhokhbili, it was delicious and even very good. I was one girl, there was a group of men at the next table, they showed hospitality and finally paid my bill, although I did not react to their attentions in any way.
