There are no facilities for visitors. There are no chairs, the situation is depressing. The taggers come standing up to wait for their lady. There is no such thing even in the villages. After all, there are disabled and elderly people among the children. And this is in the 21st century in the face of home rule.

We went in, hoping that we would be lucky to send postcards before a group tour - and lo and behold, thanks to a nice employee, we managed in 7 minutes. Stamps for postcards to Russia cost 400 drams apiece. They promised that they would reach it within a month at most, we are waiting)
