Avoid this agency. They ask for money upfront and then don't come to get you. I prepaid 10,000 AMD, I waited for over an hour in Sevan and then had to take a taxi back to Yerevan at a cost of 15,000 AMD. Rude and unserious people.

I really enjoyed the trip with them. 1) I was traveling from Tbilisi to Yerevan - the driver was waiting at the border control and helped with advice. Before boarding, I was a little late, the driver met me in front of the bus, waited 2) the minivans are comfortable, new, air conditioning, cold water. 3) I bought a Yerevan-Tbilisi return ticket in advance, but then decided to stay in Armenia longer half a day before departure. I was sure that the ticket would no longer be compensated. But!! Lo and behold, they just changed my ticket for another date without any bureaucracy fines. Just after applying.
