well, now in order:
I brought an sd card for diagnostics (to restore video from an action camera), after 3-4 days I received an answer that everything is difficult there and it will take time (well, everything is as usual), but you can try... they said it would be known about the price later, when they would sort out the problem at least in some form, but I asked them to name the price range in order to understand whether it was worth starting at all, which I heard - from 500r. to 1000r. (a good run-up, by the way, there was up to 10 GB of data on the card, if anything), in general we talked and I said that I was not ready to pay even the minimum price I heard, in response I was asked to name my amount that I was ready to pay, I replied 250 rubles., then they clarified the importance of a particular video (I he said that there is a video that interests me and that without it there is no point in restoring anything at all), well, they told me that they would continue to investigate the problem (even for experience) and contact me later! a few days later, they called me, said that they figured out how to restore the data and offered 300 rubles for it, which I agreed to - at this point everything was fine, polite communication, adequate cost, everything seems to be normal... after some time, they contacted me and said that they had managed to restore my video and with a bonus they restored other videos that were shot on the same day ... i.e. not all the data, and in general it turns out that we agreed to restore one video for 300 rubles. (by the way, I was offered 100% recovery of all data for 400 rubles elsewhere), i.e. they clarified that a specific video was important to me, to which I replied "yes", and my answer turned out to be the task of restoring only this video 😶=))) for 300 rubles. 😄=))) I wondered if I had somehow set the task incorrectly... but on the very first day I asked the cost of restoring all the data and accordingly further I discussed the cost of this particular task, and the guys concluded for themselves that only one video (the most important one) needed to be restored, since no one directly told me that for 300 rubles. they can restore ONE video! as a result, I said that I needed more videos, and the price rose to 360p. (at least 2 videos were not restored, one was partially overwritten, and the other is not visible anywhere), well, I think it turned out to be cheaper anyway, so it's normal =) when I came to pick up, it turned out that these two videos were not tried to restore (why, the task was not the same), and like you can try to restore them too =))) as a result, they asked for another 150 rubles for this. (the second video was found and restored, and the partially overwritten video is also on the way to success), as a result, I refused these two videos (I decided that they were not worth another 150 rubles., and the final amount turned into at 510p., although we agreed immediately for 300p.) and here, alas, cultural communication ended))) then they also twisted my words that they were charging me 400 rubles for one video in another place. (I said that I applied to another place), and they say they did everything for me for a penny and even restored something for free! as a result, the master who worked on my order did not even come out to return the memory card to me, he asked a colleague =)
what is the result:
- the prices are simply cosmic, if the guys are faced with a problem for the first time, then they will figure out how to solve it for your money (although the problem is not unique, since I contacted MHDD where I have already encountered such problems and offered an adequate price)
- it is better to clarify all the points in the task several times, otherwise There may be a surprise at the exit
- if you are told the estimated cost in the range (from 100 to 150 for example) - the result is always a higher number of 💪 (i.e. 150)
- cultural communication ends after you disagree with something or refuse
They took the hard drive for recovery and disappeared. They didn't call themselves. My calls were always answered, The situation is difficult, but not critical, that the disk is in operation, we will call you as soon as we finish. A year has passed.

So, a typical start. Terrible attitude towards the client. They take a hard drive, start telling how much they know, and use abstruse terms. But I'm not a pushover myself. I know what it's about. But not the point.
In general, your data is completely damaged, it is not a fact that we will restore them. Or at least not all of them. It will be very expensive. But, damn, I understand that this is all nonsense. The data is easier to recover than they are trying to present to you and put a price on themselves. Unless you burned a Winchester at the stake and brought the ashes. Yes, there are questions here. But damn, I urgently needed the working files from the wench. As a result, without any problems, they restored to me all the files + those that were deleted from it during the entire period of operation.(I knew that too). When he came with his wife to pick up the hard drive, the director spoke rudely and very "Importantly". Disrespectful and arrogant. There was a similar essence about 6 years ago, when a friend and I gave him a wreath here. The director was just as important and rude. And he also broke the prices, but not like that.
In general, the essence of my story is this: you do not need to tell fairy tales, how difficult and almost impossible it is to fill the price. 300 rubles for data recovery and hard drive is a game. For this money, you can buy 3-4 such 1TB hard drives. If it weren't for the need for that data, I would frankly say that they are fucked up)
I recently decided to reinstall Windows on my PC. I bought a hard drive, transferred all the photos and other data to it and put it in a shuflyadka. After that, I successfully changed the Windows and of course deleted all the photos, so as not to interfere. I downloaded the games, played and after a while I had to change the Windows again, because some ads began to appear) After 2 months, I take out the purchased hard drive, but it does not start. I bring it into the service, they say the file system is damaged. Well, I think that's it, I made a big mistake. And then I completely lost this disk, it turned out that way) But then I remembered that there are some HDD masters, I went to the site, let me think I'll call, although there is little hope, I reinstalled Windows 2 times, and I also downloaded a bunch of movies and games from above. They say drive. After diagnosis, they reported that the chance was high. A few days later, they call me that everything is ready. I come, I think well, at least some of the photos were restored and okay, but it wasn't there, I probably managed to restore all the photos, even those that I see for the first time) And not only voto, word files and even videos!!! I am delighted in general, I recommend it to everyone. From now on, I advise you to make copies of important documents. Thank you for reading my review, and good luck)))
They restored the 1C 8 database to us, which stopped working after the power outage. The technical support of the database seller could not help in any way (the result of the technical support was worse than a copy of the database a year ago).
