Thank you very much to your consultant Alexandra for getting to know the brand and helping with the selection! By itself, my skin is moody and not everything suits it, the consultant himself listened to all my fi and negative experiences, shared his impressions about the product and suggested what really suited me! There is a desire to help, and not just to sell something more expensive. Thanks!
The consultants in the store know absolutely nothing about the types of skin and cosmetics they sell.
I came with a specific request and said that I have sensitive skin. We picked up a care from Uriage Hyseac, which, as it turned out, is intended for oily skin.
The consultant answered my questions that she did not know anything and could not tell me, and advised me what she said she uses herself. And she said that if it suddenly doesn't fit, you can wash your body with it :)
You also have to wait for a consultant in the store, since the person works at the checkout, and in the hall you are on your own.
The second situation, I looked at what I needed in the store on the website, came directly to the consultant and asked about the product. I was told that it is no longer available.
What was my surprise to see the product on the shelves when I had to choose another product for myself.
I understand that I want to keep the product for myself, too, especially if it is marketable, but I am a buyer and I pay money, I do not take it for free.
By deceiving customers and providing low-quality service, you will make your own reputation worse and disgrace the brands that you represent.
I recommend hiring qualified employees who will understand what they sell and recommend. Or at least conduct regular training sessions.
I will never go to you again, and I will buy cosmetics in principle in other places.
My favorite network! And I was especially glad when they opened up at Dana Mall! It is convenient to make purchases in one place)
Always a wide range of products, and friendly staff)
