The sanatorium is wonderful, but unreasonably very expensive.The kitchen, the food is great. The cult-mass sector leaves much to be desired. There are no entertainment and entertainment events at all. I am very pleased with the rest and procedures in this sanatorium. The detox program included quite useful procedures, baths, massages, physical therapy, aqua aerobics, a balanced menu, smoothies, fresh drinks, etc. Polite and friendly staff, daily room cleaning. The service is excellent. Nature, lake, swans, you can't tell in two words. I plan to come back again and of course I recommend it!

A magnificent sanatorium. We lived in March 2023, took the program "movement without pain". Treatment, food, room, territory, service - 10 out of 10! We did not even expect such a high level in Belarus. The sanatorium is new, cleaning every day, buffet meals, delicious and varied food. We have our own farm products. The sanatorium is very well built, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
The treatment included in the program is very intense. 3-4 procedures per day. It is better not to take additional procedures outside the program. Very heavy load. Its own sources of mineral water and mud.
For Russians: it is better to pay with the mir card, the most profitable course. In the exchangers, the exchange rate is a third higher than the Russian one.
I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!! Plissa, see you soon!

I didn't like it! I really didn't like it! On the day of arrival, upon check-in, they forgot to issue a referral to the doctors. As a result, all the doctors were busy, their time was all scheduled, there were no places left. They didn't take me for any procedures or even tests. Time is wasted, it's a pity! And no one cared, they didn't even apologize.
The TV and telephone did not work in the Suite.
I don't want to recommend this sanatorium to anyone!

My husband and I are vacationing at the Plissa sanatorium from November 18, 2022 to 10/30/12. We have been looking for a sanatorium in Belarus for a long time. We considered two sanatoriums - ,,Forest lakes,, and,,Pleats,,. We chose ,,Pleats,,. Our room is on the 4th floor overlooking the lake. There are 5 floors in the residential building. The residential building is connected by galleries with medical and cultural and leisure buildings. You can go to the procedures in a bathrobe. The food, buffet, is quite varied and delicious! I haven't eaten potatoes for several years, I can't tear myself away from it here. Such delicious Belarusian potatoes! The territory is large, cozy, well-groomed, pine, birch, duck lake. There are few people now, they say there are more in the summer. Bicycles and poles can be rented. We went to the village of Plissa on bicycles, it's 2 km, and got hold of local apples there. I definitely recommend going on an excursion to Polotsk, the center of Europe! From staying in the sanatorium,,Plissa,, only positive emotions! I recommend everyone to relax and restore their health here@

We were in the sanatorium from October 10 to 12, consisting of two adults and a child. We checked into the room, turned out to be linen, towel, etc. They were for one person. After 20 o'clock in the evening I walked for about 30 minutes and looked for someone. I found a paramedic on duty, he gave me only underwear and I myself took it to the room, refueled, etc. The next day 3 times!!! he asked for a bathrobe and towels. Agree it's not level 5 * and a lot of money. The pool didn't work, it only started working on the last day, but with ice water. The only thing I liked was the procedures and the buffet. I wrote them a telegram, they said they would be contacted. Still waiting... As a result, I will think a hundred times before going to this sanatorium.

I was in the sanatorium for the second time.this time in the last week of August.it immediately feels like it's not the season anymore.the staff is tired.He's not smiling.The variety of food is not impressive.the fruits are the same for several days.even the pancakes were not shy to serve for lunch, and then cold for dinner.
it feels like they are already saving on guests.the entertainment program is basically not there.folk songs twice in 5 days.well, not the format of this sanatorium for sure.A couple of movies and that's it!!!in the last days of rest, the playground was closed for repairs, and the repair of rooms on the floor with drilling began.the territory is small.walking trail -1.2 km. nice beach with sun beds.there is a bar, but the bartenders are very unfriendly.in addition, the coffee machine broke down and no one was in a hurry to fix it.I never managed to drink coffee once . the biggest plus of all the rest is yoga instructor Maxim Smirnov.a man in his place and with great love for the business he is engaged in.I fell in love with yoga forever.Thank him very much.

This sanatorium was suggested to my wife and me by my friends who were there in September 2021. I booked the room pretty quickly. The room is two-room with a balcony and a view of the lake. Beautiful view from the window, cleanliness and order (the room was cleaned every day), responsive and competent staff, excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners (always buffet), delicious and varied dishes, excellent medical staff. By the way, we had a problem with exchanging money for Belarusian rubles when we entered the territory of Belarus, but the staff at the office in Minsk were ready to change our stay in the sanatorium to any option convenient for my wife and me. As a result, we managed to buy Belarusian rubles. On the territory of the sanatorium, the exchange office operates only twice a week and not full-time. This is, of course, very inconvenient for those who pay in cash. All employees of the sanatorium greet "good afternoon", whoever they are. This indicates a high culture of the staff. Beautiful territory, birch and pine forest, beach, lake, mineral water source, free guarded Parking for cars, peace and quiet (we were in March 2022), a ban on smoking in buildings and on balconies. Excellent medical equipment. In terms of cost, I think the price-quality is quite acceptable. Great vacation. With gratitude to all the staff of the sanatorium. They were re-admitted to the sanatorium in August 2022. In summer it is even better than in winter: excellent water in the lake, sports grounds. Now you can pay with a Sberbank WORLD card without any problems. I would especially like to mention the doctor Doropei Tatyana Valentinovna (we were at a reception in March, but she remembered us this time and helped with consultations when I developed allergic facial edema, she was constantly interested in my health not only from me, but also from my wife). Special thanks to her, massage therapist Alexey, and the paramedics on duty. And of course, the entire staff of the sanatorium. But the doctor we saw in August was completely indifferent to us. There wasn't even a repeat appointment. Strange. And of course, my wife and I would like to express our gratitude to the entire staff of the sanatorium. A great place for a good rest. Keep it up. A year later, my wife and I will come back to the sanatorium. We have already booked the same room. It is with great pleasure that we come to this sanatorium, despite the fact that we travel by car for two and a half days. But it's worth it. This is a great trip for us. Good luck to everyone!

I had a rest in the Sanatorium "Plissa" in November 2022, before booking I chose for a long time and read a lot about various sanatoriums. The choice fell on "Plissa" and I did not regret it! A wonderful sanatorium: a large well-groomed territory, a large main building with transitional galleries with neighboring buildings where the medical center and entertainment building are located.
A large well-groomed territory, well-thought-out routes, laid out paths - we walked a lot, you can rent various sports equipment. Crystal clear air, the sanatorium is located on the shore of the lake.
Comfortable rooms, bathrobe, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hair dryer are available.
Buffet meals: delicious, varied, seasonal vegetables and fruits. For breakfast there are always porridges to choose from, pancakes, dumplings, pancakes, casserole, omelet, as well as a choice of cheese, sausage, sausages, boiled meat and much more. There are always fresh pastries. In general, you can't list everything. The food is delicious and satisfying! Thanks to the chefs and all the staff involved!
Medical center: a wide variety of treatment programs, after which procedures are prescribed with the advice of a doctor. We rest for the second time. The first time the impression was wow, now it's not so good. The main problem of the sanatorium is food. She wasn't very good last year either. But this year it got really bad. I don't understand what the management is thinking at all. Not only is there an unrealistically poor choice, but everything is of very low quality, straight savings. Especially fish can be just the most creepy. And in general, there is not enough cleaning gene in the dining room. Refresh the forks /spoons, wash the juice tanks. And pour normal juices there. It is very sad that there is nowhere to eat except in the dining room.
The cost of living at the same time is 200t without treatment, as for 5 *. The discrepancy between price and quality.
The territory itself is gorgeous, the air, nature, swallows. With such natural data, it would be possible to make a candy.

I would like to note the precise work of all services, starting from the booking service, where they always promptly and fully answer all questions and take into account all wishes, and then upon arrival, the accommodation service, doctor, medical reception, procedures, beach, restaurant, parking lot - everything is clear and understandable. No queues or misunderstandings. Special thanks to the procedural nurses. If someone is dissatisfied with the food, you are not here, but in the grocery store for gourmet dishes, and everything here is high-quality, sound, delicious. If it works out, we'll come again.
