One of the best Georgian cuisine we tried through our trip in Georgia! The waiter gave us really good advice on what we should try and he was totally right! You must try their version of eggplants with nuts’ souce - yummy! The rest of the order also was delicious and we were so full and sad that couldn’t try more 💔 Also just to make my mood even brighter the staff member gave me complimentary glass of red wine 🍷 can’t wait to be back!

Loooove this restaurant! The service and food are awesome. Located in the heart of Batumi like the name. My personal recommendations are signature baked eggplant and lobio.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here with friends. An atmospheric place, we received a lot of positive emotions, the evening was held in a positive way. The dishes are served beautifully and delicious. I liked everything from the location to the cozy interior. I would also like to mention the staff, they are all friendly and very nice. Many thanks to the chefs, as well as to the owners of this wonderful place! Good luck, success, smiles from the visitors. I've added this restaurant to my list of favorite places in Batumi!!! A must-visit!

A great place to visit.
Of all the restaurants in Georgia, this is the best for us!
An atmospheric place. The tablecloth is changed after each customer. Everything is very fast and friendly. No one is standing over you, but once you finish eating and push the plate away, it is quickly removed. We need an extra plate, too, everything is fast. Although there are many clients. Almost all the tables were occupied.
All the dishes are delicious.

It's a great place, it's cozy, and the cuisine is amazing!!! Out of 8 dishes for two, I put 11 out of 10, the dishes according to Georgian traditions are huge, but everything is soooo delicious!!!
We will definitely return tomorrow. We accidentally found an enthusiastic review in a cafe from our friend 11 years ago, which means they've been holding the brand for so many years!!! Respect and respect, we express our great gratitude!!!

We were looking for a delicious Georgian meal and came across the "Heart of Batumi".
It was the best decision. Very tasty. Tkemali sauce made a special impression. The staff is friendly, everyone speaks Russian. I definitely recommend it. But it is advisable to reserve a table.

My friends and I have traveled half of Georgia and we believe that this is one of the best places. Somewhere there is good wine, somewhere khinkali, somewhere khachapuri, but here everything is good. We love the Heart of Batumi dearly, we have been visiting it for several years and will definitely return again. This is a special place. We were in Batumi for 12 days, visited a lot of restaurants, a lot of good ones. But this one exceeded all expectations.
The place is great - old Batumi.
The interior is designed in Georgian style, but not pretentious, very pleasant. There is no loud music, it is cozy and comfortable.
The kitchen is just great. I'm already fed up with Georgian food, but everything here is so delicious that it's impossible to resist. Separately about the service. In Batumi restaurants, the service is very unobtrusive - no one is in a hurry, they forget the details of the order, waiting a long time is the norm. But all this is not about the Heart of Batumi. Friendly, attentive, professional guys work here. In short, if you need a cozy and beautiful place, delicious food, excellent service - it's here.

Indeed, this is the best restaurant in Batumi, everything is very tasty, relatively inexpensive, a trilingual menu, efficient waiters, quick serving of dishes, a change of tablecloth, after each visitor. No wonder, during rush hours, especially in the evening, you need to stand in line to get here, but it's worth it. I rarely put an A, but the "Heart of Batumi" deserves it.

It's an amazing place.
We came back here again. The dishes are all delicious without exception. The staff is friendly and you can safely trust their recommendations.
I recommend trying baked eggplant - it's something with something.

The place is cool, the menu is balanced for adults and children. We went all around - the prices are no higher than the rest. I can't say anything about the quality of the food - by the time we got here, the child had fallen asleep in the stroller and they didn't wake him up. My real score is 4, but the average score is clearly overestimated. I'll clarify that I was out of season and I was alone - probably we didn't try so hard. Maybe in July, a big profitable company is really out of the question.
This is a cafe, not a restaurant, by the interior and everything.
On the plus side, the dishes arrived quickly; they speak Russian; the dishes are normal. Not wow, awesome, but delicious. The prices are normal. They didn't greet me very warmly, just to admire the hospitality of the waiters.
In general, everything is not bad, but just fine, without enthusiasm. I consider the 5.0 rating to be clearly overestimated

This is the best restaurant for all 7 days of rest in Batumi. Cozy, cool, nice halls, interiors. The dishes are gigantic, you will not leave hungry. Homemade wine is a mystery: it didn't seem very good from the first sips, but when the food arrived, I ordered another glass with wine)) everything that we ate twice in this place is fragrant, delicious, amazing. Khachapuri on a spit is obligatory with red wine! Thanks to the creators of the institution, all the best to you!

It's a great place, I've been here 2 times. The interior is without a defiant design, but everything is clean, neat and beautiful, there are tables outside. There is pleasant and soft music in the room. The food is great: I took khachapuri in Adjarian both times - great (there is something to compare it with). Very tasty homemade wine. The staff is very polite and hospitable.

There is no service, just like at McDonald's, everything will be brought and cooked, but it feels like you owe them, most likely because of the large flow of visitors, you don't have to worry, other customers will always come. We came here because of the amazing reviews both here and on google maps. Well, I can say that if this is your first dinner in Georgia, then I will understand what you liked. The establishment looks like this and feeds) there were two types of wine, the chicken with the soft skin in the cheruli was obviously fried for a long time. There is no lavash, there is no khinkali. Ojahuri with veal is either fried several times or it wasn't a calf ;) Adjarian khachapuri tastes good. The waiter is tired and swears at the customers (is it okay at all?!)

There is not much space in the establishment and a limited number of tables, so I would recommend throwing the table in advance, I came hungry and without reservation, so I got a tiny table, but my waiter very deftly delivered and cleaned the dishes, so that there was no discomfort!

An enchanting restaurant with excellent staff, food and atmosphere in the center of the old city.
I visited the restaurant right after the new year 01.01.24. (Happy New Year friends)
The waiter was quick in his work and was always ready to help with orders and recommendations (thanks to Anatoly).
His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he immediately responded to our needs (Don't forget to thank these people, especially those who work during the holidays)
The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. The dishes were fresh, the chefs obviously had a lot of experience and used only the best products. Each dish was prepared with care and presented on plates with taste. We ordered several different dishes.
The main secret of the restaurant is in the magnificent sauce, which is prepared from 16 ingredients (We took baked eggplant with a special sauce, there is in the photo), which Anatoly recommended to us and we did not drive away in the choice.
There was a wonderful serving of borscht , thick, rich , served with bacon, garlic, sour cream and bread. Just love, for those who miss the first courses.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant and cozy. The music was quiet and the lighting was gentle, creating a relaxing environment. The waiters were polite and unobtrusive, which added comfort to our experience.
The prices are not high, relative to the quality and relative to other restaurants that we went to.
We were very satisfied, which we recommend to you.

The first person who informed us about this place was a taxi driver who took us to a hotel located in the Old Town. "Be sure to go there, it's the best restaurant in the area, but I warn you, there's a queue at the entrance from lunch until closing." After reading the reviews and making sure that batono George is not a liar, we went to lunch. It is not difficult to find the Heart of Tbilisi - all paths lead to it. There was no queue in September (the velvet season). We were safely imprisoned. Now for independent observations. Yes! the waiters are polite, smiling, responsive and fluent in Russian. When we hesitated before the first toast, a long, kind and warm toast was given for us professionally. After that, our feast took on the appearance of national gatherings. The music of modern Georgian bands was playing in the hall (not live, from the speaker). The atmosphere is pleasant and homely. But the kitchen is ordinary. I can't say it wasn't delicious. Rather, it was like everywhere else. There is no special feature, highlight, brand difference. When you read rave reviews, you expect something WOW. In short, I got the effect of an inflated expectation. But I recommend the restaurant.

We had dinner here today)
We took a summer salad, dolma, two chicken soups and pita bread. It came out to 61 lari, 0% collection, 5 lari were left for tea.
Everything was very tasty and the portions were large, the waiter was very attentive, spoke Russian, the dishes were brought quickly)
Two families with a bunch of children came with us at the same time)) there was a hubbub, a fuss, but the staff quickly and clearly sorted everything out, everyone was seated, although at first I thought that these two groups would fight for the tables 😂

Update: we wanted something fried late in the evening) went to the poppy, were blown away by the prices, decided: it would be better then in the heart of Batumi) and did not lose!) We ordered Georgian kebab and lamb kebab, French fries and soda. Everything turned out to be 50 (slightly less than in the poppy), and the pleasure is 100%!) this restaurant is definitely love
