Expensive, but generally convenient and understandable. Such a purely functional airport, there is a subway to the city, a lot of shopping. The toilets are clean and the staff are moderately friendly. Some are even friendly, at the British self-check-in counters.
I often fly to this airport, so I navigate it very well. You can have a delicious meal in a cafe-restaurant; walk around and look at goods in famous boutiques; comfortable chairs in the waiting room, huge scoreboards with a schedule where everything is visible and understandable. You can take a train directly from the airport and get to the city center. I like our Sheremetyevo airport after renovation more than Heathrow airport in London. Sheremetyevo has a huge selection of restaurants, cafes for every taste and recreation areas.
The airport is the most disgusting: cramped and stupidly organized. An underground train runs between the 3 terminals, but only in one(!) direction, while arriving at terminal C, in order to get from the arrival zone to the departure zone of the same terminal, you need to take a train ride to terminal A, then run a considerable distance, go underground again and get to the departure zone of terminal C, which is where you actually arrived. There are minimum waiting areas, there are no budget expenses, there are no smoking areas at all, so smokers are provided with withdrawal syndrome.
It's a big, beautiful airport. The controls were quick. The only drawbacks are that it's expensive to get to Westminster and there are no direct flights from Russia.
A large airport. And everything is kind of confusing. Self-check-in of luggage and printout of body pass. It's not clear why.... The only advantage is that you don't go through live customs when you fly to Europe. Only the machine checks.
The airport is huge, the staff is rude, they talk through their teeth, the information cards do not carry reliable information, and the transfer between terminals is very difficult. There are dirty places
A convenient airport building. There are a lot of pointers, signs and inscriptions help to navigate, they are clear and simple.
The staff is friendly and ready to help at any time. You pass the control quickly and without difficulties.
Queues are only for boarding, but they go quickly and are not tedious.
The airport shouldn't be that big. There are a lot of people, cars, planes. Queues are everywhere. And you realize that the slightest malfunction can lead to collapse.
A good, large airport, with more or less understandable infrastructure, but there are better, simpler and cheaper. Sometimes you go through the pre-flight safety procedures for a long time.
Loaded airport. A huge number of people.
Despite this, I passed passport control in 30 minutes, which is super fast for such an airport.
Free WiFi (not for an hour like in Satbul)
A large comfortable hub.
It is not very comfortable, there are always a lot of people, control and inspection are always queues. It is not a convenient airport , the staff is almost all Hindus or other strays .
A stylish large airport. The first in terms of passenger traffic in Europe and the 7th in the world. There are 5 terminals, one cargo terminal. Convenient communication between terminals is free of charge. There are many interesting souvenir shops - football paraphernalia, etc. A chic Duty Free zone, lots of cafes and pubs! Drinking Guinness on the road is a sacred thing! And the main feature of Heathrow is that planes don't fly at night! The most recent flight(overnight) This is Aeroflot for Moscow at 23-45. That's it! Until morning. It's funny to watch when everything starts to close at 22:00 and the lights go out)) For those who have ever flown away at night, it will be akin to a shock....Some people make round eyes with the look of "what kind of happened?" But this detail does not touch the advantages of the port!
An excellent airport, on the level of London, but the biggest plus is the direct subway line to Paddington. Elizabeth Line, 12.2 pounds, 25 minutes and you're already on Paddington)
There are always queues at passport control, here you will see firsthand the whole blue-purple Africa, Asia and India.Educational pastime...Another reduction in airport staff resulted in both a shortage and their quality.
My favorite Terminal is the 5th. But the 4th one is getting better too. Everything is perfectly organized. I like spending time at this airport. Although I'm not a big fan of flying. But Heathrow is my favorite airport in the UK and in the world..
Everything is clear, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, the food is for every taste and pocket. There is a huge airport, buses take you to the terminals if you transfer, for example, from near to far. Everything is fast enough.
It's a miserable airport, and it's damn expensive. There is nothing to do, the lounge is just to eat, cramped and not cozy. Go out into the city that's all the entertainment, if you have tickets to the USA and Canada, they let you go out, well, of course you need to show them that you have booked a hotel, I want to sleep. But again, they look at the time between departures.
I liked the attitude of the airport staff, the informativeness, the cleanliness. The only drawback is the lack of WiFi. There was no way to access the Internet anywhere! It is a pity: upon arrival, it prevented contacting the taxi driver, and upon departure, it was impossible to contact relatives in Moscow. So there is something to fix for a positive review!
Sincerely,

A very long search. A person on inspection can simply leave the workplace for 20 minutes without explaining the reasons, and the queue will be waiting for him...
I ran like a monkey looking for the reception desk, which turned out to be on the 5th floor, the escalators did not work, it turned out only the elevator. Navigation is not convenient. The gate was set 5 minutes before the start of boarding. I didn't like this airport
A convenient, fast procedure for passing the check. There is no passport control for departure. When checking security, you need everything!! liquids should be placed in separate bags (given out).
Many Duty free shops
It is better not to take liquids in your hand luggage. The check may take 20-30 minutes. If there are any, they must be folded into a transparent bag before inspection and put separately
