A good, solid hotel for adults. I was with a companion in June 2023.
Relative to [many other Turkish hotels of the same class], high-quality and varied food. However, there is almost no seafood. In one (out of 9) days of stay, river crayfish were offered, but since they 'did not inspire confidence' regarding their freshness, we disdained ...
In general, without being pretentious in eating people, we did not experience any problems with nutrition during the rest. It was possible to have a full and high-quality meal [as well as drink and drink] at any time of the day. With that, not with "any kind of" dry snacks, but in an a-la carte restaurant.
There were also no problems with high-quality imported booze, but with the right approach to bartenders and barmait;)
The cleaning in the room was of high quality, and was always carried out on request [with the appropriate electronic tag left at the entrance to the room]. The staff was friendly and friendly, diligently performed their functions.
The landscaping of the vast [at first glance] territory left much to be desired, but this, according to the information of the hotelier, is a consequence of a legal incident in which the huge area in front of the hotel is not his property, and therefore cannot be landscaped by the hotelier at his discretion.
A wonderful sandy and pebble beach deserves special attention and positive feedback, with a sufficient number of fairly high-quality and comfortable aluminum-fabric sun beds. The swimming area is limited by a prism of ~ 50 (in depth) by 75 (in width) meters. Personally, I have not experienced any discomfort regarding this barrier [despite the fact that I swim quite well and like to sail relatively far from the shore].
Additionally, the evening events held at this hotel deserve a positive assessment: daily shows, live musical performances, and a disco after them until 2 a.m. [according to local legislation]. Of the 8 evenings spent at the hotel, live performances were organized 3 times. The quality of the music and vocals is decent, although without celebrities on stage.
In general, the hotel, of course, "there are not enough stars from the sky", but it is quite good, with high-quality service, a decent assortment and quality of dishes and drinks. I am ready to recommend it to people who appreciate decent attitude, high-quality service, and good round-the-clock meals.
But I will also leave the "fly in the ointment", finally: Perhaps the main disadvantage of this hotel is its location in the area of the city of Manavgat - relatively far from Antalya airport ~ 90 km), which, in the presence of a braked driver (such as we had), and several mandatory stops along the way, is transformed 2 hours and 40 minutes! the way, which, in my not too pretentious opinion, is too much - especially after the arrival and departure of the bus from the airport at around 12 am!

Only it is now called SELECTUM FOR TWO SIDE. A great hotel for two. We were immediately checked in, although we arrived at 10:30. It's delicious, everything is there, although foreign alcohol is only in the lobby bar, but local is also nothing. I recommend taking a bed on the beach right away, 5 euros, but it's worth it. The Internet is even on the beach, it works well. If you want silence, then a room with a sea view is noisier, and the mountains are quieter. If questions arise, they are solved and taken care of by the client. There is nowhere to shop here, it is better to say this right away so that people do not spend 40€ on a trip to the Novamall shopping center and back. The air conditioner worked strangely, but it was enough for us. We really enjoyed it, thank you. We had a rest in early September 2023

A good hotel, corresponds to its 5*. The food and alcohol are excellent, the sea is average, it is often dirty due to the fact that the shore is pebbles and sand. There were always enough sun beds on the beach. The staff is friendly, and all tourists are treated with respect. There is no animation in the evenings, only discos, but this did not upset us. Afternoon volleyball on the beach, once a week there is a foam party in the pool. On the beach they also make gozleme from 12 to 16, ice cream. And of course, the big plus is that there are no children. I recommend the hotel and I will be happy to return here.

We rested at the hotel from September 13 to September 21, 2023.
Arrived at the hotel around 23:00, escorted to the room, the room on the 4th floor – did not like it!
The Windows overlook the loading and unloading area of the restaurant, there is also a large unit buzzing around the clock. The room itself is a C, battered by time, but the shower room is just a shame, something is smeared with sealants, the plumbing is rusty. They immediately went down and asked to change it – they refused! They said come back tomorrow. The room was changed for tomorrow, it's not much better, it's just as tired, there's also something buzzing downstairs, but the bathroom is a little more decent. Conclusion – the number of rooms requires repair and does not correspond to the declared star rating of the hotel, common areas also require repair! The carpet is all stained, the railing is hanging on one nail!
The restaurant (the dining room would be more correct to say) – since the tables there were wiped only by very strong insistence, otherwise everything was simply shaken off from the napkin to the floor! The food is simple, modest enough, something is delicious, something is not, it was not poisoned - thanks for that!
Separately, I want to say about desserts – that's for them, I'll put 5!
Alcohol – only twice I asked for baileys, once I got an original drink, and two days later I already got Turkish stuff! And so in everything, with every drink, you constantly need to solve something, solve, ask, prove, it's just disgusting! Is it possible to follow the concept? Stated – pour, what is stated, I paid money for it.
The territory – it does not exist! That's it! The lawn is scorched by the sun, a sad sight. There is nowhere to walk around, several shops and one pharmacy.
The beach is good, the sea is cool, there are enough sunbeds!
Animation – the animation guys are cool, the parties are beautiful.
The staff are mostly nice people.
I do not recommend the hotel, I would not like to return, I left without regret! He's not worth the money we paid!!!

A cool hotel. Polite staff. Upon arrival, we did not like the hotel, we wanted to move to another one. But the guide introduced us to the director Sofia, who changed the rooms and made our stay more comfortable. I really liked the imported alcohol and the varied food. Cool animation is not intrusive, we made friends with everyone, had great parties by the beach every evening. We had a rest in early August. The hotel is for those who like a relaxing holiday (although there was animation at 9 pm). The staff is polite and helpful, they helped with all the questions that arise. We were very lucky with the sea-it is warm and clean. Great pool. The food is excellent, we recommend visiting the alyakart restaurant separately, it is very refined. Among the minor disadvantages: noise outside the window until 12 at night (windows facing the sea) and the lack of its own territory for a walk. But this is a matter of personal attitude: we didn't go to bed before 12, plus the priority was the sea, not walking. We recommend this hotel!

We were at this hotel in September 23.The impression of the hotel is contradictory. Friendly staff and poor cleaning. Delicious food and dirty dishes. The restaurant resembles a canteen, where dishes are collected in front of you and the leftovers from the plates are dumped into the tanks. And this is 5 ka!!! If these points are not fundamental, then you can go. The sea and the beach are great! I will not advise my friends.

The double-glazed window is bad, the music nearby from the neighbors and on the beach is so loud until 2-3 nights that the rest turns into a nervous breakdown! We did not come to a nightclub, but to rest The staff and the tour operator Anex does not care about all complaints and requests to change the room. The conder is not working. Of the 5 , there are only dressing gowns , and so 3! The staff is rude.

God forbid to choose this hotel again thanks to the reviews. And any other. To be honest, the hotel is not worth its stars or the money for it. We have just arrived from this paradise of a fallen service, as many write, arrogant not all but individual personalities of the staff. IN general, there is no bottled water on site, the food is not tasty and monotonous in the cooler and draught in the restaurant. Alcohol, as many people write "elite" in small bottles, is elite in your opinion. The territory is dirty , everything is covered in sand , the tables are not cleaned . In short, maybe 5 years ago, maybe I'll believe it was 5 stars, but now there are none.I can write a lot, but honestly I don't want to keep remembering this mess. Believe me, in 10 years there is something to compare it with, even if someone wants to say that you got to the closure or this is an isolated case, I have seen a better closure. The animation sucks, the evening shows are DIY. Well, maybe I'm wrong, you'll like it.🤝

The hotel does not have crowds, children crying, there are a lot of free sunbeds on the beach at any time, no one runs and does not occupy them.A pleasant beach bar, light cocktails are made, there is also a daily snack on the menu, donuts, waffles, ice cream at certain hours.The waiters' service is excellent, drinks, dirty dishes are cleaned quickly. In general, relax for rest, I will come back with pleasure. Yes, the hotel has disadvantages (not all rooms are successful in terms of silence and view, I heard there were problems with air conditioning in the rooms, but we are fine), but everything else was wonderful.

Review of the hotel.
We had a rest in the second half of June. 8 nights were bought for 129k.
The hotel was the first from the airport, we got there in an hour and a half with a stop at the shop "for a smoke break".
We arrived at about 12 a.m. They settled in quickly and offered to have dinner. Dali's room with a view of the tennis court is the opposite side from the sea. The room itself is standard and pleasant. Clean, there are no complaints. There were all kinds of soaps, gels, shampoos and so on in the bathroom. The view from the balcony is about nothing. There is nothing interesting. In addition, it is incredibly noisy, there is a generator under the windows, the fountain is noisy and the road. They refused to move to a better room. I had to put up with it. Moreover, it is noisy to sit on the balcony, and even with the balcony closed, the noise can be heard too well. There is almost no sound insulation of the street. Also, at random times of the day and night, prayers are turned on somewhere in the neighborhood very loudly, which often woke us up in the dead of night. It is better to take it with a sea view. There will also be a view of the beautiful pool. The safe is free of charge, the minibar is filled every day with three bottles of water and two bottles of beer, Cola, sprite and fanta. Is free. There is a kettle, glasses, cups, coffee and tea bags.
The hotel has about 4 bars. The main one is in the lobby, by the pool, by the beach and the night one in the Irish bar, open from 12 am to 7 am. It also has free billiards, available around the clock.
The staff is from Turkey and there are a lot of girls from Kazakhstan who speak Russian well. They are very pleasant in communication, which cannot be said about the staff at the reception.
The hotel has a large 140cm pigeon pool. There were always enough deck chairs for everyone and a lot of free ones.
3 minutes walk from the hotel to the beach. The beach is private, beautiful. Sand, sun beds, umbrellas and towels - all free of charge and with a large supply. There is a bar, a dining area covered from the sun, toilets.
The sea upset me. It wasn't the weather, and maybe it wasn't the season. It was windy, so the sea was choppy often, even in the morning. And very cold. There are small pebbles at the very entrance to the sea. And every day there is a lot of it, then almost none at all. The entrance to the sea is through the pebbles, sharp. So it's not nice to come in. After two meters there is no bottom anymore. But the bottom is partly sand. There weren't many people swimming, so you often swim alone. In general, it was not possible to swim for pleasure. There are excellent beautiful swings and premium paid seats on the beach. Also from 11 a.m. volleyball. There are no merchants and strangers. It's quiet, spacious, not crowded. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory, including the beach. But intermittently.
The drinks are varied, but each bartender cooks a little differently. But you can try everything and choose your own. There are no children - it is pleasant, Quiet and peaceful, with the exception of periodically visiting companies.
The contingent is mainly Turks, Russians and Germans with Poles. Everything is peaceful and calm. There is a free spa area with sauna, swimming pool and hammam. And, of course, paid services.
About the Food, I note that at lunchtime it is offered to eat both on the beach and by the pool. We didn't go to the alyakard restaurant, we didn't want to, including because the food in the dining room is amazing. Absolutely everything is delicious, varied and interesting. There are always 4-5 types of meat variously cooked and the same amount of fish. Periodically there were days of some kind of cuisine-Turkish, Japanese with rolls, shrimp and smoked fish. It is very beautiful and delicious. A piglet was also baked on the fire. Beef and mutton regularly. Very tasty burgers were cooked and something close to shawarma. Red fish was also periodically present and a large number of grilled fish Sweets are out of the comments. Every day there are huge selections of incredibly beautiful and delicious dishes. There was enough for everyone and everything in abundance. There were no queues anywhere, everything was fast, there was no need to wait. The cooks put it on, but the portions are good.

Restaurant service with drinks. All bars have the same drinks menu and their volumes. They are served quickly, everything is always in glass, good glasses, which is also nice.
In the evenings, there is a show by the beach, with waiters and an open bar. They also offer a hookah for $ 15.
The territory of the hotel is not large. There is not much place to walk. To the beach and back. There is a large lawn area in front of the hotel itself, but it is not used in any way, except partially for football. It probably doesn't belong to the hotel. There is also a Shop in the hotel, but he did not accept my Mir alfa Bank card.
Overall, we liked it. I was very upset by the sea and the noise outside the window, but I really liked the food and overall service at the hotel. The hotel is good and if you want a quiet, relaxing hotel stay, it will suit you. Our Rating Is 4.

The hotel is super! The age category is 16+ (there were no children!🥳). The service is excellent: daily room cleaning, daily replenishment of the mini bar (it is free) and bathroom accessories if necessary. The waiters and bartenders are very polite and friendly, they work hard. The food is varied, buffet style, grilled meat is cooked on the veranda during dinner. The rooms are well renovated. There is no need to go far to the sea, when leaving the hotel there is a small boulevard, 2 minutes and you are at the sea. The beach is clean, there is also a bar and food (fruits, salads, burgers, ice cream, etc.). The Mediterranean sea is azure, very clean and warm. Every evening, different artists came and showed performances, after which the parties began there. In the pool, as it turned out later, there were also foam parties, but we were going for the sake of the sea and therefore did not even look at the pool)). Mostly foreigners are vacationing and this is a huge plus - there are no Russian cattle who only shame our people. We are very glad that we chose this hotel and had a real rest!))

The hotel is actually on the second line. There is an unenclosed area in front of the hotel. The kremlin has almost no territory of its own, only a long path to the sea. The waiters are slow, do not change the dirty tablecloth and do not even remove crumbs, but serve the dirty table with appliances. The only thing cool is the sea. That's where the advantages end. The hotel's service is 2 out of 10! Dirty, ala carte restaurants that are designed for one visit are terrible from service to food; no one cares about customers in the hotel. There are few staff and everyone is angry , the tables and rooms are always dirty. You run all the time and look for: appliances, a plate, a drink, air conditioning, soap, clean the room, after 7 days of rest you have to beg for EVERYTHING.
