The recreation area is positioned as a family area, but you can't go there with children. There are several reasons:
1. There are no conditions for ordinary household hygiene, you can not bring water and food with you. The problem was that we washed the child with water, after we saw that she was covered with sand and very dirty. The child was crying very much - apparently water with sand got into his eyes or mucous membranes. An ambulance was called and she confirmed it. We washed it with water that we brought with us in the car. After that, the child calmed down.
After swearing and nerves and seeing how the child was crying, the Administration offered a cottage, and solved the problem with the water, but in the morning, checking the water, they found the same thing. (They also offered a refund and a sober driver, it was already late in the evening, they did not take any chances)
2. The cafe located on the beach has good waiters, there are not enough stars from the sky, but you can't call it bad, the average check per person is 5-6 thousand (hot + drinks). The only thing that bothered was loud music (they put it quieter at the request, but for 20 minutes).
3. The infrastructure of roads and stairs is not at all suitable for wheelchair movement, there are no ramps and the road is broken in places. There is no lighting everywhere in the evening.
4. Heaven fast food cafe is very slow to serve, in the morning there was no breakfast in the cafe on the beach, we went to the Administration building where there was a cafe. We sat down at a table that had not yet been cleaned after the previous client, waited until the table was cleaned for 10 minutes, after which we accepted the order. After we accepted the order, we waited an hour, and were left without breakfast (many people started swearing and apparently our order went to them). After seeing such a picture, they canceled and went home (I remind you that you can not bring food with you). For a family recreation area, this is too much due to the fact that it obviously does not take an hour to cook scrambled eggs with sausages, the children will not tolerate so much.
5. The rooms are normal, there is a conder, a TV, an ordinary double bed, we took a junior suite. Wi-Fi is missing throughout the recreation area.
Result.
Considering the cost and service, I do not recommend the zone.

1. The numbers are a solid three. The double room is a narrow room (like a former corridor) with a huge balcony, which for some reason includes the windows of neighboring rooms. Technically, I could walk on my balcony and look out the windows at what the neighbors were doing. Crypota, really?
2. Service bottom. Straight bottom. Half of the menu is not available, the breakfasts are as if they are made of gold, which is to say, the usual porridge will cost you 1,500 tenge. As a result, we ordered doners, burgers, club sandwiches (for breakfast, yeah), the order was waited for an hour. The employees don't know anything and don't understand anything. Caesar salad was carried the longest, motivated by the fact that the eggs take a long time to cook. As a result, they brought no eggs at all.
3. Music. It's a pain. First, the volume. If you think you can't get any louder, the local audio system will unpleasantly surprise you with a decent amount of power. The playlist consists exclusively of vomit club remixes of good songs. At one point, a remix of a thieves' song about a fountain with a black dolphin turned on, that's what I f *** ing ate well.
4. The beach. The only plus. More or less decent and comfortable. But in places there is a rocky shore, there is nothing to do on their beach without beach shoes.
To summarize: for the same money, you can comfortably relax on 8 lakes. I do not recommend it.

I stayed in a hostel on the territory of heaven club for 1 night. We took a hostel because we wanted to spend the night in tents. We brought tents with us. For 1 room, 2 bedrooms for 4, 16,000 tenge was paid, 4,000 per person; relatively inexpensive, because it would be more expensive in a hotel. The hostel has a shower room, a toilet, a shared kitchen where you can wash vegetables, make tea, and have lunch, dinner, a refrigerator to cool the products. I liked the area, it was well maintained, and we easily found a place. The water is invigorating in August, the sunset is sandy; next to a cafe with a terrace, they sell kebabs, etc., we did not go there. We had our own food. I recommend it if you do not find fault with the little things and pursue the goal of just swimming and sunbathing without the amenities of a 5-star hotel. There may be other conditions in the heaven club complex itself, I haven't been inside their rooms, I can't say anything.

Disgusting! Car inspection at the entrance, food and water are being taken away! There is no shop on site, the bar ran out of beer and water at three o'clock in the afternoon! There is no food, some overcooked "kebabs" because of something. We waited for porridge for breakfast for an HOUR and a half and did not wait! The rooms are really clean, large, but THERE is NO service! Don't go there, it's easier to relax in a tent by the water and save your nerves! By the way, you will also be searched by the guards at the exit ...👎👎👎

The recreation area is cool, the rooms are clean, I liked everything. But admins react slowly. Roman did not have water, they could not wash and go to the toilet, but the problem was solved, thanks to the administrator Misha for this. The summer terrace, I'm sorry, sucks. The menu is huge. In fact, 70% of the menu is missing. There's not even a Coke from the bar. There is no ice in this heat. The waiter is in a bunch. But only Bogdan and another guy are trying. Girls don't give a damn about anything.

The rooms are clean, all amenities are provided. The complaints were only about the kitchen. The dishes were cooked for a very long time. I had to wait for an hour or more. It was especially difficult to explain to young children why it took so long for them to bring food. In the last 2 days of our stay, the situation has changed. There are more chefs. The food is delicious, the portions are large.
We had a wonderful rest!!!

The place to relax is not bad, but the beach is of course terrible: the entrance to the water and the whole shore is covered in stones, even in the water there are very sharp stones, there are not enough umbrellas for everyone, I had to sit in the heat on a broken chaise longue. The restaurant is generally a quiet horror, the waiters are busy with something else but not with guests, the prices are certainly cosmic for such food, half of the items on the menu were not at all, the order was waited for a very long time and as a result the child was brought chicken legs raw with blood, and lagman just drowned in oil, he just swam there. All the rest was saved only by a good pool, it is really deep for athletes, but very clean and under a canopy, good clean locker rooms near the pool, there is a children's pool, too, not bad. At the end of the evening there was a great foam party, that's what I liked the most.
