A good kind hotel!
An excellent clean pool (from 0.5 to 1.8 m deep) is open until 21:00, friendly staff, the room is cleaned daily, perfectly white towels and bed linen, gel and shampoo are available.
I liked the interior of the room (2 adults + 2 children) -it is convenient. The bathroom is bright and clean, despite the fact that the hotel itself is old (the decoration looks 20 years old). The length of the shower hose is designed for people below 1m40cm, I had to wash while sitting in the bathtub))
The buffet is a bit boring, but the necessary minimum is always available. Fresh vegetables and fruits, delicious coffee. The floor in the food zone is worn to concrete - uncomfortable, but not critical.
Market 7/11 is 150 meters away. The exchangers are 300 meters away.
I recommend the hotel.

We rested at the Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya by Compass Hospitality from 12.07 to 07.26.2024. The hotel has an excellent location in the center of Pattaya, within walking distance to Bali Hai Pier, the city promenade and the famous Walking Street, as well as close to various cafes, markets, massage parlors, convenient tuk tuk stops, etc. The hotel has wonderful breakfasts: there is meat, fruits, yoghurts, seafood, delicious coffee and much more! The staff is very friendly, smiling and friendly, unobtrusive, tactful! The rooms are very cozy: there is a plasma TV, Internet in the room, at the reception, by the pool! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and clean, we even saw tupayas (local squirrels). Room cleaning is on top, very clean! And the pool is a fairy tale!!! The cleanest, with comfortable, pleasant temperature water and worked until late in the evening! Always towels, crisp with cleanliness, by the pool and in the room! Very friendly guys work at the pool bar. You can order cocktails and food, even in the room! At prices: very affordable! We recommend this hotel to everyone! We want to come back! We had a family vacation - 2 adults, 3 children (the youngest was sleeping in a cot, they put her in the room for free). The rooms are a bit shabby, but in general they are normal, the staff is very friendly, they will help with everything and will meet you halfway. Cool pool, playground, separate children's room, table tennis. We had breakfast once - it was fine, but I wasn't particularly impressed, we went to the tavern across the street. The location is excellent, everything is within easy reach. The room is cleaned every day, it is cleaned perfectly! The room has a safe, hairdryer, kettle, large balcony. The shower is good. In general, we liked it!

Hi everybody.
I was at this hotel in September.
The location is good, it seems to be close to the party streets, but at the same time it is quiet next to the hotel. Take rooms with a view of the pool. So there are no other interesting species)
Rooms for three (lived on the second floor) partially renovated.
The refrigerator did not work (they could not even change it in 10 days). The furniture is clearly not the first freshness.
But in general, it's normal! But it's not 4 stars ((
The staff does not speak Russian.
The pool is very nice. This is a big plus!
The breakfasts are delicious, but very tailored for guests from India, of whom there are a lot in this hotel.

I really liked the hotel, cleaning every day (who are these holy women?) the pool is always clean, the breakfasts are moderately varied - chicken, sausages, minced meat, pasta, potatoes, donuts, hamlets, vegetables, fruits, etc. We had enough for breakfast. Upon request, we easily changed the room to a quieter one with a view of the pool. And the main location is the hotel in the center! Not far from the busy 2nd street, Volkin and Kolan ferry , it's just super ! Many thanks to our tour operator and the hotel for a wonderful stay in Pattaya!

Great hotel, not new, but the renovation is decent. The staff is very friendly. Linen change and cleaning every day.the breakfasts are almost monotonous. The hotel is mainly oriented towards Indians and Chinese. The location is very convenient. The top is a 5-minute walk away, as well as to the Pattaya center. Currency exchange, where to eat and sevenleven are all close by 2 minutes on foot. there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a spa and a gym. We had a rest from December 9th to December 21st .. The Heeton concept hotel Pattaya, in our opinion, is not bad for a 4-star.. We've been to different hotels, but we fell in love with the Heeton concept hotel too. 🤗
The hotel is located in the center (5 minutes from the FESTIVAL (through the new PATTAYA CENTER)) NEARBY THERE IS A MCDONALD'S, A NIGHT MARKET..
THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL IS POLITE, SMILING..
WE LIVED ON THE THIRD FLOOR IN 324 ROOMS... THE ROOM WAS CLEANED EVERY DAY-EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND TIDY.
THE BREAKFASTS WERE DELICIOUS, the only thing was that for some reason there was no dessert (pies, etc.), but delicious pancakes and various omelets were baked on the street..
In general, I have a good impression about the Heeton concept hotel Pattaya.. I hope we'll come back🤗🤗🤗

A good place to relax, but there are quite a few disadvantages. I'll start with the pros: delicious (but of the same type!) breakfasts, which had quite a lot of choice, a beautiful, clean pool and smiling staff! A paradise for those who like to sunbathe on the sun loungers by the pool and take Instagram photos. Suitable for families with children, there is a water slide and a separate pool for children. To the beach (I say right away, the city beach is very dirty, my advice is to go straight to the islands) it takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel, about 15-20 to walking street.
Let's move on to the cons - there are quite a lot of them!
1) I absolutely did not like cleaning the room (the floors were washed very rarely, and if they were washed, then they were greasy. The shelves are not touched at all. The only thing they do is make the beds and sweep, I didn't notice anything else).
2) On our balcony (our room was on the 2nd floor), water was always flowing on the floor because the pipe was broken. We went to the reception, the master came. I poked around there for 5 minutes and left. Nothing has changed.
3) The air conditioning in the room was very cold. We tried to regulate the temperature. But it's very cold with him, it's very hot without him.
4) When we went on a tour in the morning, the reception staff forgot about our lunch, which we ordered!!
5) NEVER put things to dry on a wooden table on the balcony!!! I put a white shirt in there - it immediately turned yellow. Upon arrival home, I tried to wash it more than once, but it doesn't take anything (
These are the impressions I have left of this hotel) I wouldn't have come here again.

In short, I liked the hotel.
It has a convenient location, in general, within walking distance from all major entertainment venues, and in my opinion the most important thing is not far from the pier and ferries to Kolan.
The hotel itself is very cozy with good service and cozy rooms. A wide range of dishes for breakfast, even borscht was))).
Not far from the hotel there is a dining room, too, with a large assortment of cuisines of the world. There are shopping malls and markets not far away.

The hotel is located in the very center, but, as it were, in the courtyard. There is only one noisy bar right next to it, in which funny girls dance with tourists in the evenings and shout something loudly. Near the Shopping center Avenue and other shops. The central beach is a 5-minute walk away. Walking distance to Walking Street is 10 minutes.
The breakfasts are good. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and you can also eat in the courtyard by the pool. Bayssein has a good children's area with children's slides. The sun beds are good. A great hotel if you have specific goals and expectations . It's 3-4 stars in the city center, the rooms are tired, but everything works. A decent pool, enough sun beds and towels, unlike some 5 in some "resorts", 5 minutes by taxi for 60 baht to the pier on the island, beach towels can be taken at the hotel
There are many guests from India and although the breakfasts are plentiful, there is a lot of chicken and Indian food , fruits
Next to the shopping center with a footcourt on the 1st floor and 100 meters to the 2nd street , close to the beach street , but you should not swim in the sea nearby

I really liked the location. Everything is very clean, powerful air conditioners! There are a lot of Indians: if you are talking on the phone and they appear next to you, then you can end the conversation - you will not hear anything else on the phone. The food is varied, lots of greenery. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean. The pool is beautiful, long, and you can swim well. Massage salon on the second floor - the most freeloading masseuses here - it's better to find others on the street))
I do not recommend the beach near the hotel, it is better to go to Jelmtien by pickup truck

Everything is within walking distance and at the same time there are no bars and other traffic under the windows. Breakfasts- many criticized- probably wanted to see lobsters))) - yes, they are ordinary, just like everywhere else. A standard, compact set for different tastes. Delicious! Until 21.30, you can take food at the hotel according to the menu, a little more expensive, of course, than in a tuk tuk)). The hotel is loyal to all the wishes of the residents, controlling the safety and interests of all categories of guests. I recommend. But this is my first time in Pattaya. During the evaluation, I evaluated the cost and quality comparatively.

A very comfortable and cozy hotel. We had a family vacation in January 2024. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. There is always tea, coffee, and water in the room. A hairdryer and shower facilities are also available.
The territory of the hotel is small, but very pretty. The pool is nice. Free deck chairs can always be found. Good, clean towels are provided at the pool. Beach towels can be taken at the reception.
The only drawback that was noticed was the monotony of breakfast. They are unchanged from day to day, but everything is there!

It was at the end of July 2024. The hotel is on a weak 4*. The rooms, even after renovation, are tired, corners, baseboards, joints of slabs ... it's better not to look and not be sad. They clean it every day, it's a +. On the first night, we noticed that some small bugs appear at night from under the baseboards and can climb onto the bed. We contacted the reception. The numbers were processed, and there was no such problem anymore.
Breakfasts are monotonous, but you can eat. Fried eggs, sausages, fruits, sweets. A separate corner of Indian cuisine.
There are a lot of Indians in the hotel.
The pool is nice, big, deep! 1.80!
The location is good, there are many restaurants around, a pier nearby, shops

Daily cleaning and change of towels. The only thing I didn't like was that the blanket was constantly tucked into the bed, and I like to hide up to my feet and wrap myself up. Terrible hotel. To begin with, the numbers are dead. Something is falling off, there is dirt everywhere, linen and towels are dirty, there are stains on the pillows. The linen is not changed, only what is necessary is added in the room. The bonus is that early in the morning they turn on the water in the pool and music, which is perfectly audible in the room, because there is no noise insulation. If you come to get some sleep, this hotel is definitely not about that. At night there are screams from the pool, there is noise in the corridors, songs are shouted. You can bring girls to the hotel for one night and men are happy to use it. The hotel is definitely not suitable for couples with children, if someone else comes, of course, to Pattaya for family holidays. WiFi often does not work, nothing is downloaded. The hotel is clearly not 4 stars, but 3. Before that, I was vacationing in Phuket at a 3-star hotel and the level was much higher there. It was not a rest, but one torment.

We had a couple vacation in March 2023. Great hotel. Very convenient location. Bali Hai Pier was reached on foot in 25 minutes in order to take the ferry to Koh Lan Island in the morning. Shopping centers are within walking distance. It takes 10 minutes to get to Terminal 21 by tuk tuk, and 5-7 minutes to get to the fish market with a transfer to another tuk tuk at Terminal 21. The breakfasts are decent. In front of the pool, the cook fried omelets and fried eggs every morning, there were also soups, potatoes, sausages, vegetables, muesli, fruits. Real coffee from coffee machines. We also tried Indian food. Europeans, Indians, and Chinese live in the hotel. This neighborhood didn't bother us at all. Upon check-in, we were not satisfied with the room on the 4th floor. It was a corner room, when you go out on the balcony, you can see half of the neighbors' room from the same corner room if their lights are on and the blinds are up. Minus there were 2 beds, and there was 1 double bed in the order. In addition, in the toilet, I found a built-in sink with two cracks. We went down to the reception with my husband, explained that the room was not satisfied. Not immediately, of course, but 15 minutes later we were given the keys to a room on the 6th floor also overlooking the pool, not a corner one, with a large bed and fresh cosmetic repairs. So do not hesitate to request a replacement room upon check-in if something does not suit you. In general, the staff is very friendly, everyone speaks English. The deposit upon check-in is 1000 baht. They tried to give $100, but they don't take it. I had to throw my bags in the Lobby and go right out of the hotel through the Pattaya Avenue shopping center, past McDonald's to the exchanger. There are many of them, you can walk in 5 minutes. Right next to the Sevenleven Hotel.A bunch of all kinds of laundries, used their services, washed and ironed shorts and 4 T-shirts came out 70 baht. My husband also found a barbershop not far from the hotel and had a decent haircut for a half-box for 200 baht. We swam in the pool 3 or 4 times. The water is clean. We went by tuk tuks to the night markets on Jomtien and Russian Street. Everything is relatively close to the hotel. If you want to walk along Beachka and Volker Street in the evening, then it's all within walking distance. We recommend the hotel. We will probably stay there more than once. We went to Pattaya 3 times, there is something to compare it with.

are black between the tiles....you'll forgive me....in short, you don't buy barefoot and you don't walk around the room....
Towels were changed regularly, but they are dirty. But the bed linen was always clean and white (another plus).
The breakfasts were monotonous, I only ate soup with meatballs, omelette, vegetables / fruits. My husband filled his plates with more variety to his taste🤭
We never got to the pool, there was no time for it, so I can't say anything about it.
No animals such as cockroaches and rats were found😊
Sometimes geckos crawled onto the balcony, well, no one canceled mosquitoes in Thailand.
If you need a hotel only for "spending the night", swimming and having breakfast, then you can safely stay in it.

We are currently resting at the hotel. I read a review in 2020 that's old ... strange)) The hotel is fresh, maybe it was renovated in three years. Or maybe the chocolate bar at the reception is doing its job. Very modern with polite and helpful staff. The rooms are small and the only drawback is the lack of drawers for clothes and three small shelves. Very comfortable beds! Breakfasts with a wide variety. I don't understand those who write the same thing ((sorry, but you don't eat the same porridge and eggs at home for breakfast. Very high level of service. Room cleaning on your request (hang a sign). Fruits are served for breakfast: melon, pineapple, watermelon, tangerines, papaya. Ice cream, however, has not been seen. The Temple of Truth is 4 km away. Download the Bolt taxi app, cheaper and more comfortable than a tuk-tuk. We arrived as a family (4 people) for 60 baht. Also to the river station to sail to Kolan Island. Swim for 40 minutes. Ferry every hour. 30 baht one way per person. The last one leaves at 17:00. You can sail away on a motor boat. There will be 300 baht per person (round trip). It takes 20 minutes. Be sure to take an excursion to Madame Nong Nooch's garden from your tour operator. It's cool organized and the guys are great! We went to eat at Terminal 21, on the second floor to the left of the grocery store. Sooooo tasty, fast and not expensive. The average check for 4 was 1300 baht.
