He constantly talks through his teeth with visitors (whether it's morning, afternoon or evening; Monday, Wednesday or Friday), rolls his eyes, does not provide information about the readiness of test results, does not paste information on test tubes in the presence of the customer, gives the barcode for the drink to visitors every other time, there are no clean pens to use, he does not provide advice on completed tests (i.e., we find out directly in the blood donation office that the analysis can be extended and routine, neither we nor the specialist who takes the blood, it is unclear which payment was made for), does not greet.
A very unpleasant aftertaste remains for the umpteenth time from this service.
We hope that the Helix management will find a way to improve the mood of this beautiful girl and she will delight visitors, if not with a smile, then at least with polite communication.

It's just the disgusting attitude of the paperwork staff. It looks like the girl at the counter is paying for the visit. He talks through his teeth. He doesn't answer any questions.
For some reason, it turned out to be a big problem to take a urine sample in a pharmacy container.
Dear administration, please pay attention to the attitude of the staff towards the clients of your laboratory and provide training on the ability to communicate with people. People come to you for help and at the same time they pay you a lot of money, and the attitude is not completely professional.
This is not the first time I have used the services. I took tests on the gynecological chair today. The staff are smart girls, but dear management, you saw your equipment, I gave 198 rubles and almost fell off your chair. The conditions for such tests have not been reviewed at all. In shoe covers on bare feet on a piece of diaper and on the cold floor.

Now I will avoid such a place. That's the kind of confidentiality in this organization.
Polite staff, carefully and not painfully take tests even from a vein. Life hack: it is better to order the necessary tests online in advance, so that later in the priority queue to go for payment, along with the beneficiaries. Because if you are a person "from the street", it will be simply unrealistic to get to the cashier in the morning.
My favorite point is "Blue". Small queues, sooo adequate staff, unlike the point near the Dana Mall. Parking is not always convenient, sometimes I leave my car at an intersection or in the parking lot of Radzivilsky.
The disgusting quality of the tests, the confusion in the results.
