Excellent staff,they work fast, they don't create queues, the attitude is excellent,clean. After the visit, they always treat you to hot drinks and give you a treat. I always come to them if I need quick results.
I took tests for Rokossovsky. It was necessary to do a general blood test and a detailed biochemical blood test!!! The employee offered to do a biochemical screening, assuring that everything is the same in it, plus additional vitamin D, hormones and something else. As a result, I didn't get what I needed initially.And this analysis lacked some indicators that would be in the biochemistry of blood!!!! Therefore, be vigilant and do not trust the incompetent staff of this institution.
Reasonable prices, I was surprised that after donating blood from a vein, they gave a baby puree and hot chocolate. It is very pleasant and great for children, my daughter cannot be persuaded to donate blood from a vein, so when she hears that they give sweets there, she asks when we will go for an analysis.
I didn't like everything. Yes, a nice bonus in the form of fruit puree and a hot drink. Yes, there was no queue. But the deadline for the execution of the order! Biochemistry was ready only on the 4th day for lunch. They called this deadline for me, but it turned out to be real. Thyroid hormones on the third day, biochemistry on the 4th. Yes, this analysis is already done in the clinic for 4-5 days. And more. You can take a urine test only in a laboratory container. A sterile container from a pharmacy is no good! That is, I have to come to the laboratory the day before, get two containers there, collect urine in one at home, take it from it to another, and bring this other one for analysis. It's very inconvenient. I think I'll choose a different lab next time.
I decided to come here for tests, and I was very pleased with this place) Nice receptionist girls, very comfortable nurses, who are also extremely professional - they didn't leave any bruise, as I often do)) the queue was small, but while the VSK administrators were making out, the nurses managed to take blood samples, so everything was pretty quick)
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff at 123b Rokossovsky Ave. They donated blood from a vein to a 2-year-old child, they took it without problems, quickly! (although we went to two different medical centers before and couldn't even find the veins in the child) And everything is so professional here!!! I am very happy, now we will only go here and absolutely without fear!!!

It is possible to register an order on the online site yourself, which allows you not to wait in line (if available) at the reception. After taking blood, they always give you a delicious treat and when paying, they give you a ticket for free coffee. The test results always come quickly (by email, SMS, you can check on the website yourself or pick up a printout from them)

Tests often come day after day, the staff is very polite, when registering at the checkout they give coupons for free coffee / tea, children are given coloring books, after blood sampling they always give a useful sweetness, kids are also offered a ball. A pregnant woman went late, now we often go to take tests for a child, we never go ahead ourselves, but the rules say that children under three years old and pregnant women at late stages are served without waiting in line, and the staff monitors this themselves, invites me to go right away, if pregnant I could still sit in line and did not go forward You can't sit with a child without a tantrum for a long time, so special thanks for that!
