And here, you can say you were led by the handle from the front door to the chair in the laboratory. As a gift, they gave a baby puree and a coffee coupon))) The girls are smart, they work quickly and competently! The results were sent by e-mail the very next day. Will I come here again? Definitely yes!

A modern laboratory. I came and gave blood on an empty stomach. They gave me a cup of coffee and a pastille. A couple of days later, I received an SMS about the readiness of the results. All the results can be viewed on the website using your password, if desired, print them out, or, if necessary, you can drive up to take them in printed form. The results are stored for the last year too.

I have been using this item since the opening of Sinevo, now the Russian company Helis has bought it, so there is something to compare it with, the staff was completely changed from the registry to the nurses, I was there on March 26, the total time for the visit took about 50 minutes, before the visit took 20 minutes, there were 5 people ahead of me, not so much, but on the receptionists work slowly, in the treatment room itself, taking blood was a little painful, although earlier, well, an injection and an injection, if you can say so, they took blood clumsily, but the nurse also finished off the question, what kind of analysis do you have, they say, how much blood to take, is she not aware?well, the last thing I went to the vending machine for coffee, there was just a girl who was meeting, I asked for help choosing coffee so as not to take out my glasses, saying, I'm now she ran to the reception for something, and came when I already took out my glasses and coped myself, and said that her help was no longer there it is required, by the way, when I first came, she was not there until I found out that online recording was no longer a priority, I found who was the last, then she appeared, the impression of the visit became as in half, in the last and then weaker, the only plus is a large list of tests and you do not need a referral from a doctor.

I visited this laboratory when it was Blue and everything was fine, fast, clear and without negative moments.
When they bought out Helix, it was just terrible! 2 hours to get tested:the girl at the reception of documents is not just a slow worker, she is just a non-working person in this organization. The administrator cannot solve any issue, she is a very slow and unqualified girl, the tests are done super-slowly:for more than a week, and all the indicators are already ready in your personal account, but the order says "In progress". And it is unclear when it will be ready. There can be no worse laboratory in our city.
The only thing that works professionally is the girls who take the tests. There are no questions for them!
Dear Helix owners, reconsider your customer orientation, with such an attitude to work, there will be much more negative reviews!

There are many types of tests, there are complexes (for example, "chronic fatigue"), I wanted to know 2-3 parameters of the body, but I ordered a complex, this information was more useful to me.
There is no queue, the service is fast.
A good set of tools and, apparently, reagents for analysis.
The only thing that is not very convenient is to go upstairs.
At the reception desk, the receptionist asked the same thing several times.
But in general, I am satisfied, the results come online, you only need one visit to the laboratory, then everything is remotely.

I never thought that you could face such horror in a commercial organization. At first, I had to wait for registration in a stuffy room for 1.5 hours, the staff is in no hurry, everything is fine with everyone. And now it was the turn to donate blood - - here the unreal THRASH began. First, they searched for veins for 20 minutes, then they were cut in three places and sent home with a bag of baby food and complaints that they needed to drink more water. The completeness of the paid research was also not guaranteed

Today (Vitebsk Internationalist Warriors) tried to take tests, it didn't work out.......I arrived as always at 7.30, took a queue, sat down to wait, I'm waiting.....the registration is very long (two have already been bled, but one will not be issued in any way!), earlier in rush hour two people were at the registration, I was sitting at 8.15, (I have to work at 9.00), two pensioners come in, they were issued online and they were put in front of me!!! I have to go to work, and they have to sit at home or in line, but these are the RULES, in short, I got ready and went to work, the day was not a success)))))

One minus, this is the 3rd floor. To donate some hormones, you will have to sit and calm down a little, especially if you are overweight or have a health restriction (disabled people will definitely not rise).

The receptionist often asks unnecessary questions, but why do you need this analysis? You recently passed it. I think this is not entirely competent and correct.
