The blood collection room is clean and comfortable. After the procedure, they were given free coffee and a delicious snack.

I am taking tests at Pervomaiskaya Street. Everything is fine, clean, tidy, polite staff. They will always explain in detail how to take any analysis correctly. The only thing is, there are a lot of people during the pandemic and there is not enough space in the waiting room, I had to stand outside, otherwise everything is fine.

In addition, there is a complete lack of medical ethics among the staff. Why should the whole room loudly and at the top of its voice be voiced FIVE times what a person is being tested for, so that everyone can hear it??? I have not seen such a level of service for a very long time, even in the state clinic. I will never contact this medical center again
