Why did you cancel a wonderful thing - the priority of the pre-order in the queue! And there was a discount, and it was possible to pass quickly without waiting in line, especially if you are in a hurry to work. I had to wait in line for 40 minutes. I asked the receptionist - not all visitors understood about the pre-order. Well, people are generally not inclined to thoroughly understand everything. That was the point - whoever spent their time, figured it out, is the one who takes priority. And if you need additional information from the registrar, wait in line.
