Pros: The staff is excellent, polite, attentive. The blood sampling specialist is a magician: she does everything clearly, quickly, and painlessly.
Cons: there are a lot of people on the weekend, I only had to stand in line for an hour, without taking into account medical manipulations.
Suggestion: add medical receptionists on weekends, thereby reducing the time spent with a large crowd of people (in these turbulent times) in such a small room.

I come here regularly. Pros: The staff is very polite. It is convenient to select online pre-analyses.
Minuses:
1. Huge queues - please resolve this issue. First, you stand in line at the checkout for 30-40 minutes, then at least the same amount to the test room.
2. I was present at a situation when the girl felt sick after the tests. A female staff member tried to persuade her to take her outside several times. Although in a fainting state, you need to lie down, or at least sit down. The girl herself asked that she just be allowed to sit and come to her senses. But they tried to lift her up and take her outside. The result was that she got even worse. Unprofessional.
3. Tested for bacteria and their sensitivity to antibiotics at a cost of $ 50. According to the results of the analysis, I took a double course of antibiotic, which the analysis showed. There was not the slightest improvement. I am very sorry for the wasted health, time and money. In this case, of course, there may be various additional factors affecting the treatment. But I followed the doctor's recommendations as much as possible. And it's very strange that there wasn't even a small improvement from the antibiotics that Helix approved.
Conclusion: we need to change the laboratory

PSEUDO-RESULTS!Be CAREFUL!
THE LABORATORY DOES NOT DO ANY TESTS!
After treatment of a prolonged inflammatory process and proliferation in the smear, I decided to undergo liquid cytology (cervical cancer screening) in this laboratory.
We met the deadline, and we got excellent results in all indicators! Completely healthy!
A few days later, I take a swab at the city polyclinic (employment), it shows an inflammatory process, the cervix is in poor condition!
I contact the laboratory again, I donate HPV and femoflor, which should show the source of the inflammatory process, for the selection of treatment.
And again, all the tests are normal! Even into space!
Thus, the conclusion is self-evident, they do not do tests in this laboratory!
I applied to clarify the situation, but to no avail!
Now you will have to go to another laboratory, because "thanks" to Helix, you can skip oncology!
