I constantly visit Helix. First of all, I like the attitude towards people, starting from the cute girls from the reception. Blood is taken painlessly and quickly. The result is sent by email. Well, coffee, a nice bonus. So when I need to, I always go there. But there are long queues on Saturday, a lot of people with small children. (I stood for an hour and a half) there were so many people that even the coffee was over.
But still, Helix is the highest score!

I was very upset by the huge queue on Saturday morning. There were about 15-20 people in front of me. Of course, this is a huge disadvantage for a private laboratory. After all, this is not a state clinic, and customer service time plays an important role. But I had to wait (about 1 hour), since the analysis that I took cannot be taken in a regular clinic. There are no questions about communication and staff work, everything is polite and clear. They offer free coffee and give a bag of baby food, but this does not save the situation)

PSEUDO-RESULTS!Be CAREFUL!
THE LABORATORY DOES NOT DO ANY TESTS!
After treatment of a prolonged inflammatory process and proliferation in the smear, I decided to undergo liquid cytology (cervical cancer screening) in this laboratory.
We met the deadline, and we got excellent results in all indicators! Completely healthy!
A few days later, I take a swab at the city polyclinic (employment), it shows an inflammatory process, the cervix is in poor condition!
I contact the laboratory again, I donate HPV and femoflor, which should show the source of the inflammatory process, for the selection of treatment.
And again, all the tests are normal! Even into space!
Thus, the conclusion is self-evident, they do not do tests in this laboratory!
I applied to clarify the situation, but to no avail!
Now you will have to go to another laboratory, because "thanks" to Helix, you can skip oncology!
