I visited this medical center for the first time and I don't want to come anymore. There are no questions for the nurses, two very nice ladies. They are very kind and polite, they work promptly 10/10, but there are questions for the reception desk.. The two young girls were obviously very tired . They didn't ask me how I would get the transcript of the tests, and when I asked how it happened, they rudely replied, "Actually, you need to say this during registration." Although it seems to me that the administrator should have clarified this point with me. I came for the first time, choosing this center better than others according to reviews - apparently a wrong choice.

Terrible attitude towards people! Why do you, having no right to give out results, take money from people and provide a service from which there is no benefit! Because of you, I had to hand over everything again and pay again! Have a conscience and warn people about this! Money is not as important as human attitude! If someone goes to donate blood for a residence permit, immediately go to the epidemiological center! And you are a terrible company, learn to admit your mistakes and not to mess with people's heads!
