I will write not about the services in Yerevan, but about the company as a whole and about the attitude towards customers, I called cleaning in Georgia, Batumi.
I do not recommend this organization if you have something to spoil in your apartment, they ruined the black shower, which is 5 months old, and the fasteners on the toilet seat, the toilet seat was bought the day before the cleaning and I did not wash before that. I wrote to the manager in advance about the black plumbing, the cleaner came, I showed her a list of what was bothering me, there was black plumbing and a request not to wash the toilet seat with chemicals.
Due to the fact that I was not in the country, there are supporting documents, and I wrote about the defect as soon as I noticed, the company refuses, they offer 20 GEL compensation for polishing (I have to run and search, polish, although the cabin was damaged during cleaning).
When cleaning, I was very surprised by the cleanliness of the shower stall, I asked the cleaner.:
- How did you manage to wash it like that?
- with a toilet duckling.
It confused me, but visually everything was clean, I did not examine the shower stall with a magnifying glass. I went on vacation, and after the vacation I found that the whole cabin was affected by chemicals, exactly at the joints with the glass, where I had never washed with any means at all, outside and inside (I will attach a video and a photo).
At first, the company refused that a duckling was used, then that it was washed with different means from outside and inside, now supposedly I have only one surface damaged, although I said that the entire shower cabin, all the glass fasteners, and a bunch of other excuses were damaged.
They do not respond to requests to provide the supervisor's phone number, and generally respond every few hours. I will write a pre-trial claim against a legal entity, since I have correspondence and money transfer with my full name.

This is not the first time we have ordered cleaning in Yerevan, but only here we were satisfied with the quality of cleaning. We have two dogs, and their fur makes cleaning very difficult, but the girls did a great job. Thank you for your service!

We are thrilled! It seems that when we first moved in, the apartment was not so clean!! We ordered a general cleaning with window washing. We washed the refrigerator, washed the microwave, the work surface and the apron in the kitchen, the oven, all the plumbing, batteries, mirrors! They moved the sofa and the bed to wash the floors everywhere. 10/10

They are cleaned either without chemicals, or with non-working means. There may be normal cleaners in the state, but if something goes wrong, the support doesn't care. All photos and videos were taken after the "general cleaning". They are ready to fix something on the spot, under my supervision, at least the stove was cleaned in the kitchen and in the bathroom of some of the shortcomings. It took 50 minutes of my time, after which I asked to leave. The water in the bucket - I wiped the floor again, because even this was not trusted
