As a result, a young man comes to them for a bouquet and they write to me 10 minutes before his arrival that they have run out of flowers that I ordered (!) how can I sell my bouquet, which I booked and transferred the money in advance, to another person? As a result, arriving at the store, half of their window is empty, the other half is filled with flowers that are not the first freshness, it is clear that they have been standing there for 3-4 days. They started offering different options, and eventually they chose the red roses that looked the freshest. We also had to pay 89,000 extra, in addition to the 311 that were paid in advance. The number of roses has not changed (11 pieces), their website shows prices of 349 for such a bouquet, for which you gave 400, I do not understand (probably for a plastic handbag). The flowers were bought on Saturday, and today is Monday, and the flowers are in terrible condition. It's just wasted money. I do not recommend this store to anyone! The first photo is what we were waiting for, the second is what we were given, and the third is two days later.
