After a lot of correspondence and calls, I finally got an answer. And they promised to make a delivery. But the holiday has already ended and the birthday boy has not received a gift. I asked the birthday girl for the cause of the disorder a month later. The salon staff tried to convince us that we had ruined the bouquet ourselves.
