Very beautiful interior, high-altitude summer playground, excellent location of the dance floor. The kitchen is beyond praise, you just lick your fingers. I recommend it for family events.

Hello. We recently visited the Hermitage cafe ... From the "pros" - everything is wonderful inside the cafe, cozy, there are separate booths... A large dance floor... Loud music.. - for this, all 5 stars ....
"Cons" - The barbecue kitchen turned out to be not very good - the marinade is not important, and the salt is not enough and dry... The service is on "2", - you have to wait for the waiters for a very long time... From music, very few normal dance songs are put on, it feels like they are doing it on purpose so that more music is ordered... For all the "cons" I put 3 stars, and then with a stretch....

Excellent cafe, very tasty cuisine, various halls and summer terraces, pleasant music and excellent staff. A great place to hold any celebration or just relax with family or friends. There is a children's playground and a large enough parking area.

I did not expect this: the kitchen is top class, everything is very fresh and delicious, the drinks are cool. The service is very polite and non-intrusive. The order is brought quickly and everything is hot. The prices were really surprised. In the center, two people would pay 2 times more for such a table. We are very satisfied. The interior is cozy and the furniture is super. The bathroom is clean. Thank you, we will be frequent guests of the Hermitage.

Good cuisine! Convenient division by halls. One big disadvantage is that the administration is not set up to meet clients even in small matters. The guard was a young guy from the very beginning of the evening behaved defiantly (like a warden in prison) in the end, when my friend expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the administrator, he began to aggressively provoke and threaten, called some guys. The guys who arrived turned out to be more adequate, everything ended fine, but the mood was spoiled and the event was over!

And if something is wrong, the administrator starts sending voice messages in a boorish tone.
In general, the food is delicious, but nothing unusual.

I visit this cafe often. The kitchen is very good. Efficient and helpful waiters. There is an opportunity to sit outside in a cozy gazebo or inside - it's also cool there. Nice interior, delicious steaks, and khachapuri is generally awesome.

We ordered khinkali and brought it inside raw, for 2 tablespoons of shish kebab, more than half is naked fat. Lasagna is a hotel art form. A loan with stew and cheese. They left hungry and upset.

If you want the above event to be like a lunch in a junk canteen during rush hour, then the Hermitage is the best choice.
If you want to feel the maximum closeness with neighboring companies, the administration has already taken care that you would sit literally on the next table. They organize 3-4 banquets in one hall at the same time, so that you could make your way to the toilet or to the street shoulder to shoulder.

There was a corporate party on the 2nd floor. The sound guys suck, they put bad music on purpose to order songs, and 1 song costs 3,000 tenge. When they say a toast, you can't remove the music in the kitchen, you can't hear it, you can't talk into the microphone..... and so it's a good place, the waiters are great, the food is delicious.
