Cool location of the hotel itself👍
The port is 100 meters away, the shopping center is across the street, which has a large grocery market and shopping.
The hotel has very good breakfasts and overall cuisine 💙
Nice, spacious room.
My favorite hotel in Tallinn. Everything is fine: service, bed linen with mattress and the most wonderful breakfasts. Near the area with bars, cafes, restaurants. There is a large shopping mall in front of the hotel. I recommend
Very convenient location: both the ferry and the old town are within walking distance. Good breakfasts. A very comfortable bed (this is very important when traveling). Russian-speaking friendly staff.
The location is good, especially if you are going to use the ferry. There is also a large shopping mall 10 steps away from the hotel.
It's pretty crowded. Unlike other hotels in this chain, there is no underfloor heating, slippers and other pleasant little things. I was pleasantly surprised that they settled in without any problems at 10 a.m. Very polite and pleasant staff at the reception. We communicated in Russian. Special thanks to Victor, he helped me figure out and speed up the washing of things and advise on a couple of places where it would be worth visiting and where not.))
We celebrated the New Year with our wife at the Hestia Hotel Europa. A cozy two-room suite with a large balcony, a full set of one-time accessories. A good New Year's program and delicious varied food. Friendly staff. Convenient, inexpensive Parking. We thank manager Yulia for the holiday that we remembered. We recommend the hotel to friends.
A good hotel, very close to the historical center of Tallinn, we stayed there for 4 nights, the room is spacious with a view of the sea and the boat dock. The room has all the amenities, a full bathroom , toilet , hair dryer , iron , kettle , refrigerator, soft beds , comfortable pillows, delicious breakfasts
The hotel is located near the old town - this is probably the only advantage of this hotel.
Otherwise, the hotel is terrible!
The room is dirty and even after asking to clean the room, it was not cleaned. The sink is cracked, the pipes in the shower are clogged, dust and dirt in the room!
There are no bathrobes and slippers in the standard rooms. A double room, and a foot towel is only for one.
We decided to celebrate the new year and coincide it with the wedding anniversary. Judging by the hotel's advertisement, the New Year's table for 100 euros per person was supposed to be bursting with food. The show program was also promised to be stunning. But in the end, for 100 euros I managed to eat stewed vegetables, chicken and a couple of desserts. Two glasses of champagne and that was taken away while we were leaving the table.
In general, the New Year's Eve and the mood was spoiled.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! The attitude towards Russians is just terrible!
A wonderful hotel. The staff is helpful, friendly, and speak Russian. The room has everything you need. Kettle, tea leaves, coffee. There is shampoo, gel, soap in the bathroom. There were no slippers or bathrobes. The cleaning is good. Breakfasts are above all praise. The location is good. Everything is close. Next time we will stay only at this hotel
Russian Russian is a terrible hotel.... 1. Check-in was at night, no one spoke Russian, although the Russian language was declared for booking. They explained themselves in English. If you are driving, have some change with you to pay for parking through a vending machine next to the hotel (3.5 euros per day, banknotes are not accepted), or underground parking for 15 euros at the hotel. 2. The room is dirty and smelly. Mold in the bathroom, hair in the sink, the sink is chipped. Dirty ventilation in the bathroom. A cigarette smell periodically came out of the ventilation. The joint of the perimeter of the bath with the wall is not sealed, the gap is about 1.5 cm. The air conditioner did not work for cooling, but only blew with an unpleasant smell. 3. Although the view from the window to the harbor is beautiful, but the round-the-clock noise of the construction site nearby did not allow you to enjoy the sea air. 4. In the morning, we were able to change the room through booking. As a result, we got a smaller room and the same dirty one. Boiled egg shells near the bed, curtains with mold (dots) and partially burned. There is untidy trash near the window under the curtains, apparently a wrapper from disposable slippers. 5. Absolutely indifferent, uncaring staff. There was not a single "we apologize to you". A cleaner was sent to the trash in the second room, who lifted the shell with her hands. 6. It should be clarified that I had an anniversary, a trip to Tallinn was timed to coincide with this. I received a lot of compliments and congratulations on the border with Estonia. But not one, not even an oral one, in this hotel. 7. Breakfast is a separate topic: a dirty coffee machine, over-salted porridge, a very sweet omelet, a bone in a sausage, a hair in a cake. The fish is delicious :) 8. The result is that we did not stay for the second night, I am waiting for a refund from the hotel for that night.
Excellent hotel, close to the old town, breakfast is very varied. It is a 25-minute walk to the bus station (if it is not raining, it is quite possible to walk). Recommend
The hotel is declared as 4 stars and everything was fine and the breakfasts, the furnishings, and the reception, but the room cleaning is not for 4 stars, but for one.
