A very decent guest house, budget price, rooms with amenities, a large kitchen where you can cook something delicious, there is a washing machine available.Everything you need is within walking distance: shops, cafes, the sea of course. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and responsive people, Charlie the dog is a cute creature that you don't want to part with at all. A special mercy to the owners of the hotel for a free bonus : they were taken to the train station at 12 o 'clock at night .

It's a very soulful place. In a fabulous city, a fabulous hotel. Everything is available for living. A friendly dog that everyone falls in love with. Responsive hosts of the house. I want to go back there

The room is spacious and cozy. The hosts are wonderful, friendly. There is a dining room where you can cook your own food. The sea is 7 minutes walk from the house.

It is suitable for unassuming tourists.. Fans of the "Anapa" holiday. Complete price/quality discrepancy. Thank you for having a toilet/shower in your room. There are no complaints about the owners at all.. They chose it themselves-they are to blame. Not a foot in Kobuleti anymore 😂😂

Super-duper guest house with great hosts for the most reasonable price. The sea is 5 minutes away, there is a large kitchen, a terrace for 3 tables, a barbecue. I recommend it to all doubters!
