Excellent contactless hotel
There is no reception, the entrance to the hotel and the room is by code. The room is clean, everything you need is there. Great location
I write as is, the room is OK, clean, warm, comfortable. We checked in early at 04/00 and asked to pay for another day, OK, I understand. Next is the show. I came to the room at lunch, no light. I'm calling, they say it will be within an hour. I need to charge my phone, I'm not talking about the computer. He went to a cafe, returned two hours later, there was no light. I call, they say someone is fixing the accident, I explain that it's not my problem at all, I don't need a room without electricity, give me a discount or I'm ready to move to another hotel. In response to our problems and in the same spirit , the light was given at night . If it weren't for the bad attitude towards the guests, I would have put 5. These guys are obviously doing well so far, I shouldn't have given an advance payment for the second day. I didn't get an e-mail.
