I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The impressions are the best. The location is wonderful, right in the city center. There is a US Consulate nearby, where, in fact, I came on visa business. There is a large shopping center nearby, where there is a favorite Zara store, many cafes where you can have a snack, and an inexpensive supermarket with groceries. The hotel building itself occupies the ground floor of the house and is located in a protected area. Room cleaning is of high quality. The rooms are modern. There is a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and free tea.🙂The room rate is 3,600 per day. By the way, order a Yandex taxi from the airport to the center. It will cost about 400 rubles - 2 thousand tenge and kopecks. It is better to change the currency in the city. There is a less profitable course at the airport. And now separately about the hotel staff... The people are wonderful, all intelligent, friendly. They try to help you with any question. I especially liked Altynai. She helped me with the documents that I forgot to print out in time, calmed me down, and set me up positively. Just a golden man, as her name means in the translation from Kazakh.Thank you for your cordiality and kind relations!!!💖💖💖

It is convenient to get to/from the airport. The location is wonderful. Near a large shopping center, many catering establishments, bus stops. At the same time, the territory is buried, the room is quiet… The room is clean, room service is available every 3 days. The bed is very comfortable. There is WiFi. The staff is very customer-oriented. We were very satisfied.🤝

It is convenient to take a taxi towards the great Almaty lake. The staff is helpful and courteous.
On the downside: There are no disposable slippers, shampoo and shower gel in the room. There are huge rubber ones and soap that does not soap.
