I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The impressions are the best. The location is wonderful, right in the city center. There is a US Consulate nearby, where, in fact, I came on visa business. There is a large shopping center nearby, where there is a favorite Zara store, many cafes where you can have a snack, and an inexpensive supermarket with groceries. The hotel building itself occupies the ground floor of the house and is located in a protected area. Room cleaning is of high quality. The rooms are modern. There is a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and free tea.🙂The room rate is 3,600 per day. By the way, order a Yandex taxi from the airport to the center. It will cost about 400 rubles - 2 thousand tenge and kopecks. It is better to change the currency in the city. There is a less profitable course at the airport. And now separately about the hotel staff... The people are wonderful, all intelligent, friendly. They try to help you with any question. I especially liked Altynai. She helped me with the documents that I forgot to print out in time, calmed me down, and set me up positively. Just a golden man, as her name means in the translation from Kazakh.Thank you for your cordiality and kind relations!!!💖💖💖

A very nice small hotel in the city center. There are a huge number of shops and cafes nearby, for every taste. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. There is a separate small kitchen for those who want to cook for themselves. There is a grocery store in the next room next to the hotel. The only problem is the complete lack of parking for cars. The entrance to the hotel is through a narrow road, where the roadsides are crowded with parked cars. I had to unload the bags and park the car 2 blocks away on the adjacent street.

The hotel is located in a calm, quiet place, you can not hear the city noise. But at the same time, public transport, taxis, Dostyk shopping center, a huge number of restaurants, cafes for every taste and budget are within walking distance. You can quickly take bus 12 to the start of the Medeu ski resort, walk to the top in 2 hours, admire the beauty of the mountains. The Kok Tobe cable car is located down from the hotel. Then the Ascension Cathedral, the Central Mosque, the central park and a huge zoo, the green bazaar, Astana Square. To the west is the Akimat and the park of the foundation of the first president, the central museum, the botanical garden and many other attractions. If anyone needs to go to the U.S. consulate, then 10 minutes on foot. A small kitchen in the hotel will allow you to drink tea or coffee for breakfast, there is a refrigerator, a shower, a clean room, nice guys at the reception. Welcome!

We went to get visas to the United States, chose this hotel near the embassy (7-8 minutes on foot). Nearby there is a huge Dostyk Plaza shopping center with shops, a food court and a supermarket. We first booked for two days through Booking, paid about 4,300 rubles per night. Then for three more days they paid about 3,700 rubles / night (18 thousand tenge).
The hotel has nice rooms and clean bathrooms. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge, kettle and microwave, it was very convenient, especially with a child. The staff is polite. We went everywhere by taxi, it turned out to be inexpensive.
I would be happy to recommend it to all guests of Almaty!

Nearby there is a shopping center, currency exchange offices, ski equipment rental. There is a bus stop nearby, it is convenient to get to Medeo and Cimbulak by bus N12. The rooms are clean and cozy with modern renovation. There is a kitchen where you can have breakfast. The staff is polite.

The area is great, there are many places to eat, but if you want, you can buy something and warm it up in the kitchen at the hotel, where there is a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and tables to eat. Cleaning is carried out at your request, and very efficiently. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, next to Dostyk Plaza. If someone is applying for an American visa, it is a 7-minute walk to the consulate. Fresh renovation, arrived at 11 and we were immediately given a room. Nearby there are shops, a good inexpensive dining room, restaurants, cafes, bus stops.
