Terrible service.... We took the printer for repair, they slipped us an old cartridge and could not do it, although they assured us that they would find the problem in 1 day. In the end, instead of repairing, they removed our spare parts, we also refilled 2 cartridges there, they strip both, spent 3 days and as a result 2 damaged cartridges. Never go there. Terrible service, spent 3 days on repairs, as a result, the master claimed that everything was perfect, but when turned on, the white screen on the printer burned and remained, the managers thought they had found fools, they just took an easy 5000 (it was said on the phone by another employee, I heard by accident), and in the end just time spent, nothing was fixed. In any case, do not repair anything in this institution. It's terrible!!! Terrible employees!
