If you want to enjoy the stunning views of Baku and the Caspian Sea, then be sure to climb to the top of the hill where the funicular is located. This is not only a beautiful, but also a very atmospheric place that will leave an unforgettable impression. The way up takes about 300 steps, but if you don't really like walking, you can use the funicular. However, keep in mind that there is usually a queue. But the wait is worth it! At the top of the hill, you will find a well-maintained walking area with a restaurant, offering stunning views of the Old Town, modern skyscrapers and the vast expanses of the sea. A wonderful beautiful place, views of the city and the sea, an excellent photo area. It can be windy at the top, and even cool in the evening, despite the fact that it is hot during the day. Since it is very high to climb the stairs, it is better to use a funicular tram. The most beautiful views are at sunrise and sunset, but if you decide to take the funicular in the evening, it is better to do it a little earlier, because there is a rather long queue for the last flights.
